First of all, lemme say this place is a hidden gem! Adriana was the sales associate who greeted me the moment I walked in the door with a smile and pleasant willingness to help. She was absolutely wonderful ❤️! Demetrius at checkout was very prompt, efficient, and had the process run flawlessly. He was thorough and able to answer all questions and definitely put a smile on my face with his humorous demeanor.

However, I did have a not so great experience with the 3rd party individual/vendor that did the delivery. This is independent of the store but for consumer knowledge....I was charged a price for set up and delivery. However, although everything was tested in front of me in the store and in working order, they could not set up the furniture wires and left my furniture installation without full functionality. While I consider myself a very reasonable person, i found it disappointing that the vendor didn't offer to come back n try again after they read upon it further, nor did they offer any portion of refund for the inconvenience, instead they took a phone call inviting them to a comedy show and said they gotta go. Of course, I did call the store about this 🙄 first thing next day.

At Rooms to Go Outlet, Demetrius promptly answered my call and took notes regarding my concern. He passed the message along and, as promised, got back to me after speaking with the Manager. The Manager Daniel went above and beyond to try to correct the misfortune. He did a personal demonstration with Geo of the appropriate hookup of the chair. He also found a copy of the instructions for assembly and provided that as well. He offered for me to call them if i ran into any further trouble to try to save me a trip. Geo was also super supportive and patient with me as he explained in detail the hookup process. This Rooms to Go Outlet has superior service and quality! I was more than pleased with their willingness and efforts to rectify the situation. I would caution you that the 3rd party vendors can be a gamble as it was in my case, but doesn't seem to be all cases. But the Rooms to Go Outlet in seffner is clean, organized, and top tier service! The prices in store is definitely worth checking out! For me it was a bargain because I wanted quality products. I think everyone is sure to find something at...

I recently purchased a new home and was looking to furnish it with new pieces. I visited a Rooms To Go retail store and found a sectional I really liked. Having shopped at the Rooms To Go Outlet before, I decided to check there as well to see if I could find something similar at a better price.

At the outlet, I was warmly greeted by Adriana, whom I had worked with previously. It was great to see her again, she’s always kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I told her exactly what I was looking for. While they only had a smaller version of the sectional in stock, Adriana informed me that I could special order the full-size sectional through the outlet and still receive the same interest-free financing offered at the retail store since it would be a brand-new piece. I happily placed the order.

But I didn’t stop there! I also found rugs, picture frames, and tables that I loved. While I was browsing, Danny, the store manager, came by to check in. Since I was furnishing nearly my entire home and ordering the sectional new, he kindly offered a small discount on the additional items. It wasn’t a huge amount, but I truly appreciated the gesture.

At checkout, I was helped by Bridget, who greeted me with a warm smile and made sure everything was in order. She got my retail order ready for delivery and directed me to the warehouse for the outlet items. The warehouse staff were fantastic—efficient and helpful as they loaded my tables and lamps into my car, all while handling other large orders with ease.

On delivery day, the team arrived early and even called 15 minutes before arriving. They did a wonderful job setting up the sectional in my home. I was a bit unsure of how to position it, but one of the delivery guys offered a suggestion and he was absolutely right.

Overall, my experience was amazing from start to finish. The customer service, product selection, and attention to detail made a lasting impression. I can’t wait to return and shop for more pieces...
