Food is good, lemonade is great.

We dealt with a young lady in the window who took our order. There was an older women in the truck with her who was very pleasant. And an older gentleman who came outside at some point and was also very pleasant. The younger lady however I think either was having some personal issues and probably wasn't very informed on how customer service works. When speaking with her she was short and turned her back towards us several times while trying to place our order. Little eye contact, and it made us feel like one we either didn't belong there or we were bothering her. We just didn't feel very comfortable. However the other two people were very pleasant.

Over all atmosphere- tables/ clean, floor/clean, music/ good and neutral I feel too any audiance Food- great taste!

We had the brisket and pulled pork. I thought the brisket was way too thick and fatty for my liking, but that's me. The pulled pork was delicious just too fatty for me. This is my preference.🤷‍♀️ mac and cheese, green beans, and potato salad all very wonderful!!! For a pulled pork sandwich and two sides with a cup of lemonade (probably 12 ounces give or take with ice) came to $15. For me $15 plate I'm used to spending at Olive Garden or similar. I wish I could afford to eat here every day because food is amazing!!! But prices are almost al carte.

$2.50 for lemonade $6 and some change pulled pork sandwich NO SIDES $2.50 for each side However you could get a dinner for $13 that came with 2 sides

Now with that aside, I have read the owners responses to those that leave bad reviews and I think its very unprofessional how they handle their customer service reviews and over all take on others opinions. I know what it's like to love something you do and have alot of pride in it. However, how you respond to others shows those who havnt visited your establishment a little of what they might experience and may turn away...

The order counter and window are so high that it makes it very awkward to order. The guy taking our order was nice and friendly, just hard to talk to with as high as he was.

When I was told the price of a sandwich only, $9.50 to $11.50, I expected the sandwiches to be on a hoagie roll or something close. No, these sandwiches come on a rather small, plain hamburger bun. After we got home and saw the sandwiches, we were pretty shocked at the pricing. My parents also got 2 sides with their sandwiches, which cost $2.50 to $2.75 each. They ended up not eating the sides because they said they didn't taste very good. They both got baked beans and potato salad.

I got brisket, and they got pulled pork. The meats tasted very good. They said the pork was very tender and cooked well. The brisket had a nice flavor and was juicy. But the parts that were still in their sliced shape were pretty tough, despite being flanked on all but one side with at least 1/2 inch of fat. And there was a LOT of fat on my sandwich. Fatty brisket is delish, but biting into chunks of fat on my sandwich isn't so delish.

This place is also sitting right next to a very busy intersection. At least while you are sitting outside waiting on your food, you can watch the nutty drivers!..lol Do not go planning to eat outside. Besides the traffic atmosphere, there was only one picnic table.

While the meats taste pretty good, I do not plan to eat here again because the taste of the food does not make up...

My family and I had been looking for an awesome local bbq place that had GOOD BBQ. Tried to order food from smokey bones yesterday but my order was cancelled because they could not fulfill the order so everyone was disappointed so I had googled bbq food trucks near me and I came across Blake's Best BBQ that was supposed to be located on the corner of 92 and 579 in the subway parking lot so I take my daughter and drive down there and I see Sims Smoked bbq and seafood so I get out and order from them because the food smelled amazing! I'm glad I did because when I got it home and we started eating, everything was absolutely amazing! Ribs were nice and smokey and incredibly tender but still has texture with a nice smoke ring! The collard greens were out of this world! And the pulled pork sandwich was to die for! The bbq sauce they give on the side goes so well with it and has lots of flavor! They do a fantastic job over there and the prices are awesome! I HIGHLY recommend SIMS Smoked bbq and seafood!! Absolutely...
