I stopped at the Cracker Barrel for dinner and to park in the lot overnight. First of all, dinner was perfect, the service was too of the line. (I eat alone most nights and very often I find the service is pour because a solo eater means the tip is going to be smaller. But Mackenzie did an awesome job and that made dinner perfect) The 2★ rating comes from the morning. As I was getting ready to drive out, I heard a semi truck blair his horn at an RV bus who was blocking his way. So the bus moved. Then the semi truck pulled in behind the store to unload. I wanted to make sure I had room to get around him so I walked over to look and I saw that I was going to have enough room. Then I walked back to my truck with the fifth wheel to finish up everything that needed to be done before I could leave. 10 minutes after I started up and pulled up. Unfortunately the driver saw me looking to make sure I had enough room and during the 10 minutes it took me to head towards the back of the building he stopped using the conveyor belt line which is how he was unloading his truck when I checked if I had enough space. But during those 10 minutes he decided to move his truck to block my access to pull around him and he also quickly grab two hand carts and put them between his truck and the store which made it so I could not pull between his truck and the store. Then he and his helper unloaded more handcarts from the middle of the truck to show that he was not going to let me through it all. A couple minutes later I took this picture which shows him just starting to unload the truck. The inconsiderate behavior of the semi driver who forced an RV bus to move so that he could drive through, only to see me checking if there was enough room for me and he decided to move his vehicle to cut my access off and when he saw that I was going to drive between his truck and the store which I had plenty of space to do he quickly moved hand carts between his truck and the store to cut off my access 100%. That's why I'm giving the store two stars, the manager came out and rather than stop the unloading process before it started so that I could pull through he decided to allow the truck driver to start tossing boxes out. 1 and 1/2 hours later the truck was unloaded and I drove between the truck and the store. As I was driving through I had my windows down and the truck driver told his helper that he "has no respect for RV drivers". The manager had the chance to pause the unloading process before it even started but decided not to. It would have taken no more than 2 minutes for me to drive through but instead I had to sit and wait for 1.5hrs All because the semi driver has no respect...

Special thanks to Teodoro and the entire staff at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store for providing us with a delightful dining experience. We were a party of three, and our visit was centered around savoring their Grilled Sirloin Steak and indulging in their mouthwatering Biscuit Beignets. From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a memorable meal.
Let's begin with the star of the show—the Grilled Sirloin Steak. Cooked to perfection, it was a true carnivorous delight. The steak arrived on a sizzling hot plate, adorned with a generous amount of grilled onions and mushrooms. The first bite was a revelation—a burst of flavor that melted in our mouths. The sirloin was tender, juicy, and cooked precisely to our requested doneness. The combination of the savory steak with the caramelized onions and earthy mushrooms created a harmonious blend of flavors. It was accompanied by a side of seasoned vegetables and creamy mashed potatoes, which complemented the steak perfectly. The portion size was generous, leaving us completely satisfied.
Now, let's move on to the Biscuit Beignets—a delightful twist on a classic Southern treat. These little pockets of heaven were a delightful surprise. Fluffy on the inside, with a slightly crispy exterior, they were dusted with a delicate layer of powdered sugar that added a hint of sweetness. Each bite revealed a warm, melt-in-your-mouth sensation that made it impossible to resist reaching for another. Served with a side of maple syrup, the beignets struck the perfect balance between indulgence and comfort. They were a true highlight of our dining experience.
Throughout our meal, Teodoro and the staff were attentive, friendly, and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Their knowledge of the menu and willingness to provide recommendations further enhanced our enjoyment.

Read moreI usually love dining at Cracker Barrel, but my recent visit left much to be desired. This review is not to tarnish the restaurant's brand but to alert guests about a specific experience with a server named Brandy R. Unfortunately, she did not demonstrate the level of knowledge or customer service one would expect from Cracker Barrel.
To start, she did not bring waters to our table nor ask if we wanted any. When I inquired about flavored tea, she seemed confused and uncertain. Furthermore, I asked if they had flavored coffee, and she incorrectly stated they only had half and half, despite caramel-flavored coffee being advertised on the table. My husband’s fresh orange juice was never brought out, and when he asked about the difference between country ham and sugar-cured ham, she couldn’t provide an answer. Additionally, she was unsure if biscuits and gravy were an option on the menu.
Throughout our meal, Brandy R. seemed rushed and displayed an attitude that was not in line with the Cracker Barrel experience we know and love. We were nearly finished with our food when my husband finally asked for another drink, having never received his fresh orange juice. Even then, Brandy's demeanor was hurried and lacking warmth. It appeared she might have mentioned something to the other coworkers as we noticed them watching us from a distance but never approaching our table to check on our experience. A visit from.the manager at some point would have been pleasant.
On a positive note, I did enjoy shopping at the Cracker Barrel store and spent over $40. The shop staff were kind and helpful, creating a pleasant shopping experience. Additionally, another waitress, Joyleen, was very kind and assisted me with finding the biscuits and gravy on the menu, showcasing the standard of service we usually expect from Cracker Barrel.
Overall, while the food and shop were delightful, the service from Brandy R. significantly impacted our dining experience. I hope Cracker Barrel can address this to ensure all guests receive the excellent service they...
