This Hardee's have a lot of attitude this is a manager will yell at you! They have left something out of my order I would say at least six out of 10 times and when I bring it to his attention he automatically goes into defense gets mad and says he personally packaged my order and he knows he put it in there however it was not in my package I did not get to eat it but I did pay for it and it costed at least $5 for hash brown that's a lot of money if you're doing it very often okay I have went and tried to speak with this manager numerous times and each time he gets mad because he's the one that packages it he doesn't want to look guilty but guess what when you pay for something you should get your food that's like give him money away I'm not into doing that and he shouldn't be yelling at me I didn't yell at him I was nice to him I didn't go in there and yell and I didn't call yelling or nothing like that but he sure did he told me that he personally packaged our food and he knows he put it in there and it ain't one time this is a bunch of times there was a cinnabon they left out I know that's got to be close to five dollars hash browns one time it was a sausage biscuit so you know oh one time it was a large coat so you know you shouldn't pay for stuff that you do not receive and they shouldn't get that mad at you when you bring it to their attention I love their biscuits though so I would like to keep going there but I don't know how many times I can go there cuz you know if you look in your bag to try to check for you see if they left something out to get mad at you for that too cuz you're holding a line up there's cars behind you and they'll get mad at you if you try to look in that bag to make sure you got what you ordered so I don't know I don't know if we can continue going there I know I like the biscuit though cuz I don't normally eat out all I do is go to Hardee's in the morning because it's convenient...
Read moreHaving been a former asst manager of this franchise, I was appalled at the condition of the lobby, the behavior and appearance of the staff. The front door appeared to be broken and stood open allowing insects to enter. The five staff that were seen (one on drive, one reg, one center, and two cooks) engaged in inappropriate conversations including foul language while ignoring customers. None of them had their hair back or in nets to abide to health standards and the employee at the register was wearing a mask hanging down around his chin...as if that is useful in any way? They then proceeded to "play basketball" with the expired float food into the trash can. The drive thru worker had the cars pull up and away from the window to wait in order to keep "good" drive times instead of just being efficient and not wasting time talking about the "party" last night. Not a single one of them (or their lead) came out to the dining room to clean any of their filthy tables, seat ledges, benches or chairs....and at 12:18 there were only two people in the last bby so no lunch rush was preventing them from doing so. Instead, they were loud, crude, and obnoxious. Really disappointed in the culture this franchise owner has...
Read moreNever had a bad meal from this location. We always get everything in our order and food is hot. The reason for the 3stars is because service is SERIOUSLY lacking. The employees are nice, always pleasant. The problem I see is there are a couple of good employees, who pull their weight and others not so much. Tonight there was a brand new employee working the counter. He was being trained, his trainer showing him exactly what he was supposed to do while waiting for our food, we had a large $35 order, they got a little backed up as they had cars in the drive thru and 3 other groups of customers came in. There were no chicken tenders prepared for our order and everything just spiraled. There was an employee asleep in the dining room on break. We waited almost 20 minutes for our food while other customers were waiting behind us. The shift lead/manager came up and she got down to business and started putting orders out Trying to get her team together. All in all not a horrible visit.
