The Spa is beautiful, clean, and the lady who did my nails was lovely and very nice. I liked the atmosphere.

I came in for a refill on a Monday and there was no else in there. I felt that the process was rushed & I was left a little disappointed in my nails.

When looking for a nail tech, I look for someone who pay attention to details and I am used to my nails coming out very symmetrical and clean when it comes to shaping and design. I did find that here.

I noticed that my nail tech did not measure the length of my nails on both hands to make sure they were the same size. On each hand, the sizes of the nails are very inconsistent and not symmetrical.

Also, I did ask for french and when my tech finished my nails to put in the light, I noticed the french was very thick and chunky so I asked her to redo it thinner to my liking. She then made the left side a lot better and cleaner (because she did not apply french to that side yet) but the side I initially asked her to redo, she drilled and redid but it looks messy, chunky and like the polish mixed in where it is suppose to pink. It is definitely not as nice as the other side and even with that, it is still not symmetrical and clean in design.

It is a very nice place and the lady who did my nails was very friendly but unfortunately, based on my nail experience I will not come back. If they did my nails like this when there was nobody in the salon, I can only imagine how it would be during their...
