Walked in at 9pm last night Saturday 2/22/2025 with My Husband. Excited because we haven't been to firehouse subs for years and we were craving a sub after having a great couples massage down the street. After finding out my mother has stage 4 Lung cancer and dealing with her in and out of hospitals the last few weeks, we needed a major break with all the stress and anxiety we have..... My mother went back into the hospital Friday so it's been rough as any one could imagine. There were no customers in the store except one person waiting for a pick up order. Store closes at 10 pm. Two younger gentleman barely greeted us, they made it clearly obvious they did not want to be there, very unwelcoming, and asked us if we were picking up or placing....we said placing (do not think they liked that answer) When he was ready for our order he told us, o sorry already put the meatballs away at that point we could tell our presence was not wanted which was truly hurtful. We just said never mind thanks and walked out because they did not have anything and basically shut down early to get out of there.....At the end of the day give customers the respect and service they deserve, we were going to drop and spend money there but instead got treated poorly for no reason at all. Place closes at 10 PM, an hour before closing? I can see if your upset if we walked in 2 minutes before closing but an hour? Poor customer service and work ethic on their end, I feel sorry for younger adults acting this way like what is the point of this job? Not quite sure why they are working there if they don't want to work until 10 PM. There are millions of other jobs they can do in this world, but yet people like us look like the crazy complainers when in reality it's the other way around. I feel very sorry for any one that doesn't want to present themselves with customer service and good work ethic to everyone even if you are having a bad day or don't want to be there because you have no idea what the other person is going through on the other side of the counter....

I have been coming to this location since they opened many years ago , it was always in point, perfect food and service, but not anymore . Went in tonight to order the same order Iâve gotten for over 8 years , the guy doesnât listen and only gets one sub , so I have to make a whole separate order to get my second sub done. While waiting the almost 30 minutes with no one else in the restaurant but a to go order, we had to listen to the two younger boys talk about rizzing up his physical therapist , the lack of communication about there being no potato soup (causing a 10 min delay for another customer) , and a bunch of laughing and goofing off. They left the one girl out there by herself to finish off. I ordered my food to go and of course the cashier didnât communicate that, so we had to ask for to go containers for our food. We get to our car in the parking lot and open it up to eat our sandwiches right away and the bread was completely wet, soggy, and falling apart . The sand which was barley edible and me and my husband ended up just eating the meat out of the inside and throwing away the bread. I believe if the employees werenât just joking around with eachother and having conversations on inappropriate topics , the service and good may have actually been good. Would not recommend this location anymore, not worth spending 30 dollars on two sandwiches and waiting almost 30 minutes for them to be soggy...
   Read moreBe careful at this location. I just went here about a month ago with my mom and my kids. And she paid with cash and was due change, but she just mindlessly sat down and did not get her change or receipt. When we left she was upset that she didn't have her receipt for points she gets with it, so I tell her it's easy for them to just print one as I'm a cashier and know how it works. When I came in and asked the manager on duty if I could have my receipt she was on the phone acting busy and weird like she is hiding something. Then she has the cashier hand me my mom's receipt with her $2.63 change that the manager never gave her. Ok so I know how this works she can later go back to several tickets and take drinks off and pocket the money. She is not to be trusted. The cashier was so confused when that manager said o-yeah she forgot her change too. We were literally a foot away from her in the lobby why didn't the manager say mam you forgot your change and receipt? She is a thief and my mom was mad and wanted to go in there and ask her, but I said she will lie cause that's what dishonest thieves do they lie. Management needs to look at cameras on this girl...
