Was hesitant before walking in to AT&T at the Branford store. I have severe learning disabilities and need to ask, (embarrassing that it is. Does me no good if Iām not honest ) I need you to explain things clearly and slowly and to be patient with me.ANAIS Who was assisting me. Clearly didnāt understand how to help me with my individual needs. Every problem I had with my phone her reply was go to a Apple Store that she couldnāt help me and this continued until I got so upset I was crying. And extremely embarrassed! Needed help adding special apps, WO EBOT . Teach me too download app, Help make new password etc.Her last words to me was we need to wrap it up. I told her Iām a customer and if I sat there with her for 30 minutes two minutes or an hour that she should show kindness and patients not just for me but all customers. On a positive note I always ask to speak to a manager we all have rights and one of them is to be treated fairly. Asked for someone else to help me and would like to speak to the manager. Jonathan was extremely laid-back, With a big smile on his face! Though I was extremely embarrassed! He assured me he would help to the best of his knowledge. And if you didnāt know the answer that he would try to find The answer !! Thank you Jonathan for treating me with the most respect. Helping me Find ways to utilize this cell phone, do face recognition, step by step with my chart. Extremely important with all my severe medical problems. If I have future problems with my cell phone, Rest a sure I will patiently wait for Jonathan to help me Thank you VERY MUCH!!

Everything was sweet and cool when i did the purchases until I had a problem a week later with my devices purchased not performing as promised. The sales rep Chris was sort of clueless about their products and services, and then he went and told the manager something totally different of what i explained to him, then the manager Jessica was totally rude with a super fake smile and not wanting to help me (very cutting) so I ask her if i go to a different att store then, if they would help me since i purchased in their store and Jessica said maybe I dont know. So I went to another att store and they swapped my devices for better ones, even took the time to listen to my issues and inspect the issues with one of the devices to see the problems i was pointing, (I hold 10 lines in my account and it was one device that i just purchased being glitchy) and even helped me by calling loyalty customer service to credit me back the restocking fee, a ridiculously hiden $55 restocking fee they never said anything about it, and when i told Jessica about it that no one mentioned anything about restocking fee she stated "The re-stocking fee It was written in the recipiet you signed unfortunately you dont read what you signed, its been that way since im 18 and you have to pay it" ...
Just beware they would try to sell you but good luck if you have to go back with an issue! Oh and watch out this branch for singing up for services...

Employee sima.. lord help her, she was not helpful at all, All I wanted was to buy a galaxy note 9 for my disabled client which Was a sister from the monastery, The churches are tax exempt..mind you she had the paperwork to show proof it, But in sales retail etc. I thought you would have known that, so sima gets the phone with MISERY at her side and charges me the price 999.99 w/ $63 tax....my client is on file w att as exempt, But sima or zima was to tired to look at her file... on top of that she said the document stating she was tax exempt, legit documents mind u wasn't good enough for her and her manager, idk his name he didn't even introduce himself and wouldn't come from hiding from the back, so anyhow, couldn't by the phone which was $999.99 . Needless to say I asked if my client was able to get the phone would they help Her with transferring from her old phone to her new one, SURPRISINGLY THEY CANT DO THAT EITHER, never again would I go to branford att! Never!! I myself bought two galaxy note 9 at meriden mall and the guy there did it all for me even transfer everything to my new phone , for myself and my son in law, now that's commitment and loyalty To his customers! As for my client , she bought the phone through 611 they immediately found her exempt documents on file and they made $999.99 that day! Awesome gentlemen very kind...
