Xtreme Racing Center of Branson — Attraction in Branson

Our encounter with the little girl with the title of manager started off rudely. If I could give her 1,000 negative stars, I would. She was so loud and continued to yell and I do me yell "What"! She mislead my family into purchasing what we thought was the race on the rt8 kart...by saying they must qualify first in a qualifying race. We assumed once you qualified, you then moved on to the faster kart. That was so NOT the case. Had she focused on explaining the race packages thoroughly instead of focusing on keeping us from using our Branson guest discounts, she would have actually been doing something beneficial. Instead we were ripped off. I watched my husband and our son go around this track like they were driving Ms. Daisy. I actually got sleepy watching them, it was horrible!!!! They were going almost the same speed our younger son went on the junior track...and like that... it was over. They didn't even get a chance to experience the Rt 8 Kart at all. Well once I brought it to the rude employee with the title of manager attention, she proceeded to 1. Overtalk me 2. Try to argue with me in front of my children, something that I was definitely NOT going to tolerate. I just had to tell her that we weren't going to get anywhere in this conversation. She even went as far as to try to threaten me by saying she can pull the cameras to prove she was right. Really!!! Not one time did she simply apologize for the misunderstanding or offer to correct situation. Instead she escalated it. We came on a family vacation to make fun memories, not to deal with idiots. Initially, I had the mindset to just pay extra so that my family could have an opportunity to have a semi exhilarating experience. But after the encounter I had with this little unprofessional person, I quickly decided that if I spent another penny that I would have spent too much. Okay I'm done talking about the trash, let's talk about the gold. On the other hand,there was this young man on the junior track that was such pleasant young man. He was so kind and welcoming to my family. My children had an awesome time with him. He is definitely the person who exemplifies professional qualities and should withhold the title of manager. I wish I would have gotten his name, in description,he was a friendly, husky caucasian guy who was so nice. Thank you so much sir for making my children's experience an exciting one on the junior track. May God bless you and your family tremendously! We came here when in town with my grown kids. The kids found this listed as "fastest go karts" in town.

The setup here is you buy "races" and you get to go for multiple races. The cost is VERY HIGH. This is not a quick and easy lil fun time. This is an investment! We arrived within an hour of close and were advised that only 2 race packages were available (the others are all more and there wasn't time). The kids each got a 2 race package and went to line up.

The line up was a bit confusing as there are multiple areas where you can line up. We lined up in one area, but noone ever helped us. There was an employee walking around but he never asked if we were ready to race. I finally walked to where he was and he advised we were in the wrong area- so we moved. The kids did their first race and then were advised to exit. We didn't understand how it really worked... I asked the employee "if they have a two race card, what do they do next?" and was advised to get back in line for the second race. We were the only people there so that seemed odd but they ended up getting right back on. The employee was friendly just didn't seem to be thinking ahead (like why not let them just stay on the go karts and start the second race)

The racing itself is fast and a cool course. It was a good time for the kids. The setup and what to do is a bit confusing tho, especially at the price level...

I’ve have never wrote a Google review....it truly took something great for me to pull out my phone and take the time to start writing but....... Tiffany and James at Xtreme go karts in Branson are just that...GREAT.

Number one this is truly the best thing to do in Branson...the most thrilling and the most fun, then add these two employees to the situation and you’ll have one of the best experiences you will ever have at an attraction like this.

Amazingly these two truly cared if me and my family had a good time and had fun. Didn’t treat us like just another tourist. A big smile on her face right when I walked in and taking care of my every need inside, getting set up and James on the outside taking care of the karts. He made sure the set up was perfect for me to be comfortable and fast! Adjusting the seat adjusting the pedals whatever I needed to make me feel like a pro driver, felt like I had a pit crew at my disposal!!!

We drove away from Branson this time already planning our trip back to this place.

PS: I own my own small business and these two employees are an asset to this company and any company they are involved with.

Go visit this place now!!! Take your family and friends...... you might even see me But only the back of my cart from second place 😃 Best money spent in Branson no question! Sorry...
