The unit was filthy and smelly and we had to return to the office to get a new unit which meant unpacking everything and repacking it and then unpacking it again into our new unit. The first unit was not restocked with any amenities at all so we believed it was probably not cleaned either. The unit is very old and outdated and needs to be refurbished. The grounds are very pretty and well maintained, that was the best part of the French quarter. The second unit we got was cleaned and had amenities but again was very outdated with extremely uncomfortable furniture and tiny TVs. Smart TV's are expected in this day and age. It may be a trivial complaint but when the tv offers 500 channels but you have to scroll through 400 of them to get ones that actually are live, that is just ridiculous. A very simple Smart TV would be able to stream whatever applications the vacationer has, like Netflix etc... The French quarter was offered at a discount to us because we were going to attend the presentation. So even before we arrived at the presentation we knew we didn't want any part of this at all. Then they lied when they sent emails saying the presentation was 90 minutes but when you showed up you had to sign paperwork that was 120 minutes and then they kept us 180 minutes....that's just mean😡 The French quarter has such great potential and could really be a place where people enjoyed vacationing at and returning to again but in its present state that is not going to happen. Overall very disappointed.

Loved staying here! Was in town for a week for my daughter's dance competition and having access to a kitchen and laundry was a life saver. The only downfall with the kitchen was a leaking dishwasher on my last day. The washer and dryer were small but having it in the unit outweighed the small size. Pool was wonderful, as were the hot tubs even though one was being repaired for a few days. Loved the access to their sister location for the indoor pool and activities. Quiet at nighttime, even with my room right next to the elevator. Sleeper sofa mattress (shown pulled out in the living room) could use a refresh but it was fine for a kid, likely not for an adult. Shower was oddly dark but it had a jacuzzi tub so that was a win. PS - Watchout for the giant groundhog! He/she will stare you down without shame or a glimmer of fear in its eye. 😆 🤣 Spotted by several families that I traveled with and stayed here as well.... it will live in our travel adventures forever lol

We enjoyed our stay at French Quarter a lot. We had 1BD room - it’s very spacious. Jacuzzi in the room is absolutely amazing addition! Kitchen had even more things than I expected - which was a pleasant surprise. There were also washer and dryer in the room. Sliding glass door leads to terrace with a table and 2 chairs. Resort also has pool, 2 jacuzzis and BBQ area, as well as playground for the kids. There was also an option to attend activities at the sister’s resort - sand art, wreath making, bingo etc. I attended a wreath making and it was very fun! We also bought a tickets to the show from the resort and it gave us additional discount.

I would be very cautious about doing a trip w/ Spinnaker, and even a timeshare. I booked a discounted stay with them over a year ago for this week. The amount of phone calls I have had to place in order to confirm the details has been insane. They have reps all over the country & each bit of information I got was different & always contradicting. The wait time to talk to anyone is crazy. I get & understand that with the pandemic there are going to be hiccups in customer service, however I was waiting upwards of an hour at a time. I had instances where the call would be disconnected from their end. I would have to call back to be placed in line. When asking about layout of our villa I was told two different things. Apparently the code "L" means "lockout" at some resorts but means "loft" only for Branson. Everyone we had talked to before the week of did not realize this. So until the week of our stay we were told we had a 2bed/ 2bth villa with a lock-out to find out it was 2bed with a loft. The villa turned out nice & had plenty of room despite the misinformation. However, on the second night of our stay, we came back after a very long & hot day at Silver Dollar City to find our AC was out. After several hours of the nice maintenance guy trying to fix, we had to move our group of 8 to a unit 2 floors down at 10pm. The unit we were given was a downgrade & we lost the loft space we paid for. The young lady at the front desk did send us blankets so we could make make-shift beds. Also, my in-laws had reserved a space identical to ours. Their unit had trouble with doors not locking & the fridge/ice maker not working. The 3rd morning, the AC was fixed & we were able to move back up to our original villa for that night. Between moving everything, our group was not really in the mood for a 9am sales presentation that anyone could expect with a timeshare piece. I decided to express our complaints. I stated we'd do our required time, but honestly not caring at this point about doing the whole charade of answering fake questions to "get to know us". I was told I just need to "see" the actual owner units as "they're way better" than the promotional units. Something about the "type of people" that do these stays. I responded by telling them that it can look "nice", just like our villa looked "nice" until our actual stay. I stated that with all the misinformation, it would be foolish to invest in company $40,000 of our hard earned money for something that "looked nice". I was then told that in anycase we were to stay for the entire meeting, which I fully expected to get the promotional material-a $100 check and $100 worth of food certificates. I was then told it could be a 120 minute meeting. 120 minutes is not what I signed up for. I felt like this could be a threat as they were noticeably annoyed by us. Nonetheless, after the group presentation we were allowed to write a statement so a manager could call us & allowed to leave around the hour mark. We got our promotional "gifts". Which turned out to be a $50 check not the $100 I was promised (on every phone call, on every email, and even when I checked-in). I didn't realize this until we got to the parking lot. Both my husband and I decided at that point we were so over it & left. When trying to use the promotional "certificates" worth $25 each for a total of $100 in food we realized that no one in Branson accepted. The restaurants that did had certain stipulations. For example, you had to spend a certain amount or they only accepted a certain amount(like $5 or $10 of the $25), then the certificate it was null and void. Meaning if we went to a restaurant & they only accepted $5 of the $25, the rest was forfeited. The idea is great, but again, another promise unfulfilled. I still haven't received any call from anyone in regards to our downgrade nor our concerns. In summary, book if you will, just beware that everything promised promotional-wise is full of misleading information...

My wife and I booked this place through a time share for a week long vacation in mid December 2018. These are basically condo's which are rented out. Our single bed room basically looked like a very small apartment, which is more than enough for 7 days and two people.

We arrived late, but the front desk was still open, as promised. We got our keys and quickly took ourselves and luggage up to the room. Only find the room hadn't been cleaned at all. After killing a bunch of time getting a new room, we finally settled in. Fortunately, they did upgrade our bed at no charge.

We found that the bedroom had an old-school tube television and the living room featured a small 32" LCD TV. The front desk said they'd try to swap out the tube TV for a flat panel, while warning this was subject to availability. We never heard back, nor was the TV ever replaced. And to be honest, we didn't care. It would the same that we already had, and one tiny TV is enough.

Starting with the bedroom, it was just barely large enough for the king size bed. Featuring only one night stand and a small closet. The bed was on the firm side and not super comfortable. My wife got very little good sleep during our stay.

The bathroom has two doors, one to the bedroom, one for the hallway entrance. It had the usual things a bathroom does. Small sink area, average sized bathtub+shower combo. And a toilet.

The living room area is shared with dining and kitchen. "Open concept," if you will. There's a couch for 3, another for a single, 4-person dinning, and a compact kitchen. The kitchen did feature a full size refrigerator, compact dish washer, half stove, and a normal size microwave.

Directly to the right is the laundry area, which nice. The small closet featured the expected small washer and dryer combo.

They also had a balcony, with a view of the close pool. It's winter time, no surprises there.

The negatives are more mundane things, such as the need to do your own laundry, take our your trash, do the dishes, etc. Sure, you can pay a hefty fee for housekeeping, and they'll do it for you. They naturally encourage you do this yourself. Even when you leave, they expect you to start the dish washer, put all linens in a single local, set thermostat, etc.

They're minor things, but when you're on vacation, and it's unexpected... you get the idea.

We spent the final 8th day our of vacation in a Best Western in another state, on the way home. And to be honest, we found it a more desirable stay. More comfortable and more "vacation." Unless you need the condo-like amenities in-room, you might be better served elsewhere. If you do, and don't mind a firm bed + kid-sized television, it's...

The place was nice. But after a very hot day out walking doing rides. We come back and air conditioner Is down. After hours of maintenance man trying to fix it we were informed it couldn't be fixed until morning. So we went from a 2 bedroom with bunk beds in loft and couch moving 2 flights down with 4 adults and 6 kids and most of our stuff to a 2 bedroom and couch only. Next morning it was fixed had to move everything back up 2 flights . Offered no discounts or extra amenities. Then our other group the fridge barely worked never fixed. Then an accident occurred with car and laundry truck. The laundry truck was facing road and mostly covering one side of street with truck and big steel lift for laundry carts during check out. Backing up steel piece was below windshield above camera and in blind spot covering part of road. Sliced right through trunk of car. Saw truck in mirrors and back up camera just not steel piece as stated in blind spot morrors or camera.. Day before truck was facing curb.. Called manager of French Quarters down. She stated they would probably help cover part of cost . Exchanged information. Filed insurance claim. Got home company did estimate. Sent it to the email address that the manager gave me for her personal account. Never heard back so sent a few more. All I needed help with was my deductible not whole cost of repairs. Totally never heard back from her. Even just communication with this issue or compensation for having to move most of belongings 10 people after long day late down 2 flights and back up. The employees were very nice about everything and day to day stuff to not their fault about management.

They replied to my review and said they would have someone from management get ahold of me in a few days

Well never have heard from their management or anyone.

Still have not been contacted from anyone from French Quarter or Main Office. If you say your going to contact someone have the curiosity to do so . Whether your going to help them or not.

Still no communication been over 2 months 11/2/21

Never did recieve any communication back from them. To be acknowledged even if not in my favor would of really been...
