Beautiful place and close to things especially ballparks of America (we are here for baseball) super friendly service at the front desk. Great place for dogs. They have a beautiful trail through the woods with a waterfall that we really enjoyed walking in the evenings and seeing the fireflies. Nice pool area. Love the screened in porch also. The bed we slept in (upstairs master bedroom) is super comfortable. I gave 4 stars for service because our fire alarm malfunctioned around 2 am and nobody would come out to turn it off and it’s in a locked box. A nice lady did talk to me on the phone and text me but it was weird to just let us go for hours in the middle of the night with no way to turn it off. We had to pile mattresses in an upstairs room and try to sleep while it blared for 6 hours. Other than that mishap it’s a really great place to stay and I would return. They just need to figure out a better system for the fire alarm.

We checked in during Christmas Eve 2018. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and got us checked in quickly after the long drive in. We loved our cabin and had an amazing time the 6 nights we were there. It was clean and had every ammenity we needed to make it a home away from home. The cabins were close to all the activities and shows we went for while we were there. The cabins also organized events for the week but it we took it easy with mainly rest and doing one thing a day. Loved that they take trash on a daily basis, had a washer and dryer in the unit and tv in all rooms and the living room. They also had a wifi which was awesome.

Just finished a 6 nighter here. All went well. Room, driveways, pools were very clean. Many patrons were booked here as well. It is so close to the strip. Most all kitchen necessities were on hand. Stacked washer and dryer worked well too. Many people brought their dogs 🐕. Friendly staff greeted me upon arrival. They kept in touch throughout with emails and texts. The only limitation was with the wifi network. I could only get a 50mb speed. Also all the televisions in our cabin were not of the "smart" variety. I suspect that other cabins have the same. Overall, I will recommend anyone visit here.

EVICTION NOTICE🤔

Recently made a 9 hour road trip to Branson for a 5 night stay. Or so we thought. Apparently the staff do not know how to properly check in customers. On day 3 of our vacation, a staff member called my cabin and informed me that I was due to check out. I disagreed and informed them that I had email documentation saying otherwise. They were not having any of it. Did not try to resolve the issue at all. Their solution was simply, “Sorry bout it, you gotta go.” So I went to the front desk, where I was greeted by a group of male employees in what seemed to be an intimidation tactic, and after a lengthy phone call with the manager, requested upper management get involved. At this point they decided to finally check to see if they were even talking to the correct guest, which they were not. Just as I tried to explain, I had a 5 night stay booked under my name. I received a very insincere apology along with a 30 dollar voucher for dinner. Thanks so much. Maybe next time, do a little homework before you decide the only solution is to kick a guest out. I can completely understand a mistake. But making a mistake and not attempting to rectify the situation until upper management is requested to be involved is unacceptable.

The only part of my experience that was positive was upon check out. After driving an hour away I received a call that I forgot an item from a gentleman named Greg I believe. I cannot express how grateful I am that he reached out to me before I made it all the way home. Thank you again sir!

The facility itself is very satisfying. Clean, centrally located in town, privacy, etc. however, I would in no way recommend staying here. At least not until the staff has been properly trained in customer...

I wish I couldnt even give this place a star at all. You name it and it went wrong. I had to get a cup from the kitchen just to wash my hair, the water pressure was that bad. The door to the shower wouldn't even close all the way. As a cabin, you expect it to be rustic, but not dirty. There was so much dust and cobwebs all over the place. They had to replace a broken toilet seat right away. We only had 4 towels for 6 people and they didn't bring more when asked. There was a gaping hole in the front door that bugs were going through. We had ants all through the kitchen. We had a broken light switch that had a short, so we couldnt turn off a bedroom light. Dust on top of the shelves was so deep, I literally wrote, "dust" with my finger. The floors were so dirty, we made my kids wear shoes all the time because their feet were so black on the bottoms. You could see where they attempt to clean. but just move the dirt from one place to another. We found a dirty, dusty sock between the bed and the headboard. The furniture was so old, there was no cushioning and you feel yourself sitting on the springs. They have a throw pillow that is as flat as a pancake. If you are lucky enough to have a curtain on the window, it will probably be broken like ours. Heaven forbid you ask for a pool towel, because they make you turn it in before you can walk back to your cabin. After just 1 night, we checked out and paid to go someplace else. There is so much more that happened, including management not being able to remedy any of the problems. I'm ashamed that we even came here, but the employees should be even more ashamed to provide such a...

We rented through private owners (NOT THOUSAND HILLS). The owners were the absolute KINDEST, RESPONSIVE and BEST and this will be the ONLY way I book one of these cabins which are extremely well kept, extremely clean and comfortable beautiful cabins! Wasn't hard to discover through talking to folks around the cabins that leadership at Thousand Hills (joke) will not allow use of the pool for the innocent children who don't understand the obvious politics behind their "steerage" to only book through them (Thousand Hills) Which, I have before but was very unhappy with the cleanliness of those cabins and management at Thousand Hills. Why Thousand Hills chooses to penalize children from use of the pool is cruel. Tells me everything I need to know about how they run their operation. I will return and book ONLY through private owners and I will share all of this with my many friends and family who frequent Branson. When you book through a private owner, you rent from people who truly care! That pool is so unbelieveably small anyway - we will book every time through PRIVATE owners and take our kids to Whitewater and/or the beautiful lake! My 5 stars is to the private owners who are amazing and take pride in their cabins and caring about...
