Whitney's World Of Crafts — Local services in Branson

I am a local resident of Branson. I have a highly train certified Service Dog. I went into this establishment to shop with my service dog. I was told my service dog had to be in a cart or held. My husband informed the gentleman that my dog COULD NOT do the job he has been trained to do from inside a buggy. We were told “I don’t care”. We informed the gentleman at the counter that they were violating the American Disability Act, my rights and my service dogs rights. Again we were told “ I don’t care “. We turned around and began to leave. I informed them they will have a lawsuit on their hands. We were told “Do what you have to do, get off our property you are trespassing”

We did. However I would like everyone to know exactly what kind of people own or manage this establishment. Branson has so many places to shop....

Large facility, just east of the IMAX theatre. Lots of booths, mainly crafts, also some mass produced items (cute signs about pets, coffee mugs etc) There's an embroidery machine there, at the nice lady who runs it can personalize many items. A very small amount of antiques, lots of women's clothing (pricey, in my opinion), kids stuff including a big variety of Melissa & Doug educational toys. You can't miss all of the custom outdoor wooden decor! They fill the long front sidewalk across the whole building. They also display and sell those incredible wind driven "pinwheels", monkey riding a bike, hot air balloon etc. Nice place to spend a...

Nice little vendor/craft shops. When you arrive make sure to park to the left as all the doors towards the center and right point to the one door you can enter through is to the left. Lots of whirligigs outside for those wind lovers -- and everything from crafts to antiques to hand made soaps inside.

OUR FAVORITE VENDOR was the one on the right end -- colorful embroidered shirts. You paid for this vendor separately, but SUPER NICE lady helped us find exactly what we needed/wanted... and said if we didn't see what we wanted, she could make it and have it ready the next day.
