Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Braselton

Braselton location. I just ordered a cheeseburger, large onion rings and a banana split. $16 dollars and some change. I asked for a single cheeseburger with everything on it, watched them put my cheeseburger in the microwave and it went downhill from there, my "everything" cheeseburger had one pickle chip, squit of mustard and ketchup and that's it, I assume the cheeseburger was cooked about 4 hours ago and the mustard, ketchup and one pickle chip was the only thing hot and that was from the microwave, 2 bites and threw it in the trash, absolutely dried out and discusting. Onion rings were even worse, also microwaved, so chewey my only chance of trying to eat them was put one on a plate and cut it with a knife... I did that and took one bite and chewed it like beef jerkey, spit it in the trash can and threw the rest away. Bannana split... it had a Bannana a drizzle of caramel sauce and ice cream, that was all, kid said everything else was extra so after 16+ dollars I figured that was enough cost, I took 4 bites of the Sunday and threw it in the trash... did I mention that this rip off cost me $16+ dollars? To whoever owns this pathetic dump ripping people off I have 5 sheets of plywood I'll sell to only you for $1227.69, you ripped me off so the plywood is flame broiled and fresh just for you and you might as well start boarding it up now. How you have managed to stay open this long only speaks to how good of a thief you are. Keep shining bright you rock stars. Side note. When I got home 6 of my friends (braselton locals)were there for our weekly card game so we all experienced your creative theft operation, imagine the number of customers you just lost, now I'm off to copy and paste this to Facebook and my Yelp account. This is not my first bad experience with this DQ. Service is extremely slow, restaurant is being run by young teenagers that have no manners or customer service. Tonight, my son ordered fir him and his 2 kids. I was right behind him. He got his food within 15 minutes. I had people behind me that got got their food and was eating before I still had received mine. I did not receive a receipt, but I had a number. Not once did the young girl behind the counter see what what going on with my order nor did she acknowledge me for my order still not to me. It’s been about 30 minutes. Finally, I spoke up and said please credit my card for my food. It took another 15 minutes for them to do this. She called the manager, which was the cook. I had my receipt pulled up on my phone faster than he could find my receipt. No apologies for no one for their poor customer service. There were plenty of workers, 6 that I counted. The young girl behind the counter was very rude and should not be working in customer service. I will not go back to this DQ again nor will I recommend it. Management and owners need to train their employees to have customer service because in all 3 separate occasions of visiting this DQ, there’s no care for...

I ordered my food abd everything went just fine until I got to the window!!! I had two combos and two Blizzards and I'm in a small compact car. I paid with exact change ($22.53) which I was never given a reciept. She starts passing my drinks out the window like I'm an inconvience even being there the she rudely ask if I want a lid on the Blizzards...well of course cause she never offered a cup holder even though she was having to wait on me to make a safe spot for them in my seat cause I was out of spots to put them in my car!!! Then I get home to eat and it was like our fries had been reheated in the microwave and I couldn't even get the grilled chicken on my sandwhich to rip away when I would try to bit into it. Tough chewey chicken and microwaved fries and icecream melting in my front seat...So glad I paid $22.53 for such an awful experience and even worse food!!! Never again will I eat at the Dairy Queen in Braselton and I hope I can save others from spending $$$ on such bad...
