Hello!! Hopefully this will reach the Employee that went above and beyond.. Our Family LOVE subway--with 5 children we have had alot of subway subs.. Price, Flavorful is just part of it--You get excellent food without selling one of your "limbs" LOL. Recently we moved to the Braselton Ga. area and found the nearest subway.. The first 3 times we ordered from hear was unbelievably "unacceptable " but we thought we would try ONE more time.. after having trouble with our on line order, we decided to drive there.. WOW!!! what a change--This Employee that goes by Crystal C. # 1970 gave us faith in Subway again.. She was What Customer service is and was all about; she helped us with our online problem, She made the subs with care and REALLY made us feel like we counted.. A far cry from the POOR customer service we received from past experiences with other employees from this location--"she cared". Customer service has become a Lost art, But not with this employee. We will Continue with Subway at this location only when Crystal is working--- Not to say other employees are really terrible, its just that They just don't get it--Maybe age Maybe because they were not taught-- But CUSTOMERS are really who gives you a paycheck--Not your "owner" Thank you for hiring this lady and maybe she can train others... Read moreHorrible customer service and will be reaching out to corporate or district management - issue on hand (poor customer service skills, lack of training, lack of de-escalation skills, common sense) I arrived to pick up a mobile order. Informed staff member that there are several items missing from the order. Supposedly the manager on duty, caught wind of the concearned and instead of making it a teachable moment and just simply correcting the issue the manager insisted it's my responsibility to check the order. And whatever is missing, then go ahead and grab it. Completely missing the point. Which is the order should have been correct to begin with. Items missing from the order where chips, drink, cookie, napkins straw. I stood there for at least 3 minutes before someone even acknowledged me and there were 4 people behind the counter doing absolutely nothing! they were all talking to each other and having a good time rather than tend to the lunch rush. All of them taking their sweet time not to mention the girl who first took my order had an attitude with me. And then proceeded to talk smack about previous customers to her coworker right beside her!
