This was the worst customer service experience I’ve had in years. I came in needing to print a few documents and the manager directed me to a self print station. Easy enough. Log in to your email, print, and it will come out of this printer over here. Great. So I logged into my email, selected the documents to print, and then clicked print for all of them, logged out and got up to pick up the documents. However they weren’t there when I walked over to the printer, so I asked if I needed to log into the printer to press start or something and he looked at me like I had two heads. He said, “no they just print when you send it to print.” Then he found one of the documents in a totally different printer tray behind the counter - not the one he said. So he told me to log back in, print them off, and wait to hear the sound of the printer before I got up. So I did that, and they didn’t print. Then he said, “you selected the wrong printer, you need this one” in an annoyed tone. Sorry, how should I have known? There are no directions anywhere so I was just doing what he said, but he was just annoyed and dismissive. So I selected the printer and the second of three documents comes out. Then I go to print the third and it does not print. And he said try it again. So I did. And I said I wanted to print a selection of pages, not the entire document because I didn’t want to pay $.25/sheet for six pages I didn’t need. And he said, “if you can’t afford to pay for these sheets then go buy a printer or go somewhere else. I’ve got to pay the rent here and I’m also charging you $2 for every 15 minutes you sit here at the computer. If you don’t like it then you shouldn’t have come here.” And I told him that I wasn’t going to pay for extra pages I didn’t need, or the extra time it took me to print these sheets when his equipment wasn’t working properly. You can’t blame your customers and make them feel like idiots for your own faulty equipment. Sorry, lost a customer...never...
Read moreI have a weekly print job that I get done in FL. This week I was in GA & this location was near. When I went inside there was a young lady Annie assisting a couple and another gentleman. Next to her doing absolutely nothing was another worker sitting under a fan busy playing his Nintendo Switch. I emailed my order to the store and Annie took a minute from the other two people she was helping to go print it. The borders didn't come out & the Nintendo guy suggests she fit to print which she went to do.. Out of nowhere comes another worker Vashal to tell me that the printer that they have had preset borders and it won't capture the borders. I mentioned that I get this job printed in Florida and have never heard of that. Vashal proceeds to tell me that the Florida printers are different from the Georgia ones (he said it with a straight face)... I said fine knowing he was just too lazy to resize the document and advised that I still needed it printed. Every week I have the document printed and cut in half. Vashal then tells me their cutter is busted. I'm looking at 2 cutters behind him. Annie knew he was lying but she did give me good scissors to get it done. Oh wait Nintendo boy did get up again when a regular came in with her son. He got up to go get a tub of cheese balls and proceeded to let the child stick his hands (not cleaned or sanitized) inside the tub and grab cheese balls. He then resumed his Nintendo duties (insert face palm) I actually needed to get 100 graduation invitations printed as well but there was ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I would do anything at this store again. Read moreUnfortunately, there is no other UPS store in Braselton or Hoschton. Whenever you go to a store you think, it's not a good time for a return :)) they look at you like you are wasting their time even if they act like that. Internet reception is not good there so you can NOT (again NOT) pull up your Amazon very fast, then the guy over the counter is really impatient. Most of the time he is trying his best that you feel you are not welcome there or trying to overwhelm you, even they start asking a very personal question like therapist :))). So my experience is awful and my neighbors all have the same feelings. They make up different fake and wrong excuses to do NOT the job..... Why? who knows. for example amazon system is down today, amazon can not accept more than 400 every day or the amazon system is not working today because its a holiday, then you go to a different store 10 miles from them everything is good and they accept your return but they don't' Be aware!! before you go. If you go there you will see Vish who is always grumpy, the older one is an expert to ask very personal questions. Also if you go afternoon you have a higher chance to get rejected by fake stories. I swear if I have the option to not go there I would do that unfortunately they are closest and we are out of the luck we hope someone opens UPS store and save all of us.
