What a disappointment, I took a pair of dress slacks to be hemmed and cuffed.

After several weeks, the stitching in the hem came undone. That didn’t bother me and I took the slacks back to get fixed.

Cotugno's took the slacks & repaired them at no cost.

But, when I tried them on, I noticed they had sewn the cuffs closed. All of my dress slacks are cuffed and have been for years. I’ve never had a tailor sew my cuffs closed.
