Creekside Restaurant in Brecksville is a true culinary treasure, offering a dining experience that blends exceptional food, warm hospitality, and a setting that is both elegant and inviting. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that Creekside is more than just a restaurant—it’s a destination.

Ambiance: Nature Meets Comfort The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between modern sophistication and rustic charm. Large windows overlook a serene creek, providing picturesque views in every season, from vibrant autumn foliage to snow-covered landscapes. The outdoor patio offers a tranquil space to enjoy your meal while connecting with nature, making it an ideal choice for any occasion—be it a romantic dinner, a celebratory meal, or a casual gathering.

Service: Exemplary Hospitality The service at Creekside is exceptional, with staff who are not only friendly but deeply knowledgeable about the menu. They handle every request with care and precision, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. It’s a level of attentiveness that elevates the entire dining experience.

A Menu to Savor Creekside’s menu is a masterclass in variety and quality. It offers something for every palate, from comforting classics to creative seasonal dishes. The Spinach Artichoke Dip is a must-try starter, perfectly creamy and accompanied by house-made pita chips. For mains, the Salmon Florentine stands out with its expertly seared crust and delicate white wine sauce, while the Bone-In Ribeye is a carnivore’s dream—succulent, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.

Vegetarians will appreciate options like the Harvest Bowl, a colorful mix of quinoa, roasted vegetables, and a zesty vinaigrette. Every dish feels intentional, balancing flavors and textures to create something memorable.

Brunch Bliss Creekside’s brunch menu is equally impressive. Dishes like the Banana Bread French Toast and Creekside Benedict showcase the kitchen’s creativity and precision. Whether paired with a fresh mimosa or a steaming cup of coffee, brunch at Creekside is the perfect start to a leisurely weekend.

Desserts and Drinks: The Finishing Touch No meal is complete without exploring Creekside’s desserts. The Carrot Cake is a standout, moist and perfectly spiced, while the Molten Lava Cake offers a rich, chocolatey indulgence. Their drink menu is equally noteworthy, featuring a well-curated wine list, craft cocktails like the Blackberry Bourbon Smash, and local brews that highlight the restaurant’s connection to the community.

A Commitment to Excellence Beyond its menu, Creekside shines in its dedication to local sourcing and sustainability. Ingredients are often sourced from nearby farms, ensuring freshness while supporting local businesses. The restaurant’s eco-conscious practices, including reducing food waste and using environmentally friendly takeout packaging, reflect a thoughtful approach to its operations.

Conclusion: A Must-Visit Destination Creekside Restaurant is more than just a meal—it’s an experience that leaves you feeling nourished and eager to return. Its blend of exceptional food, outstanding service, and a breathtaking setting make it a standout choice for any occasion. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Creekside is a dining destination you won’t...

Decent Experience. Happy we went for happy hour and saved a few bucks on appetizers! :)

The Creekside Restaurant and Bar is a pretty sizable restaurant. They seem to be the neighborhood spot to go to for family celebration meals and grabbing a quality bite to eat from a place you can trust.

My first impression of this place is that it has an upscale vibe. Nice aesthetic and good hospitality. The cutlery is made from metal and the plates were solid. The napkins were made to look like cloth but were made from a very thick paper.

The food was decent and the service was on par. We had a waiter give us a dope run down of the menu...he was cool.

I had the Whiskey Grilled Salmon w/ Potato Pancakes and Wild Rice as my main and The Zesty Veggie Pizza. My partner decided on the Lobster Quesadilla and Fried Zucchini Planks.

I heard the salmon was top notch but I give it a 6/10. It was a bit underwhelming. Portion size was nice. I wasn't mad about that. The slab of salmon I got was big. Though, I think it was too thick not to have been marinating in their glaze or some type of seasoning. It was cooked nicely but almost a little dry and only had flavor at the top layer. The rest didn't even taste like fish.... . The potato pancakes were great. I liked them by themselves, they didn't need the applesauce or sour cream.

The pizza was pretty good. I'm going to try it as a leftover to see how good it is the day after. It was better hot...lost a bit of flavor as it cooked. But great for happy hour pricing.

As for the zucchini planks, they were a bit oily. Good flavor but too greasy to finish. Not enough zucchini to batter ratio either.

I heard the lobster quesadilla had a really good flavor with the sweet chilli sauce. Where they lost points here is with being stingy on the lobster 🦞 we had to look inside to see if it was some lobster in there and not just rice and filling. Good flavor, not enough protein.

All in all, a decent experience but the main course didn't live up to expectations. Happy Hour menu appetizers would've done us justice for the price. I'd like to see them marinate their salmon slabs and add more lobster to their quesadillas.

An honest story from a former employee...

YOU NEED TO READ THIS IF YOU PLAN ON HAVING A BANQUET THERE!!!!!

If you plan on having an event there... there's a 20% gratuity added on to the bill. THE SERVERS DON'T GET ALL OF IT! They have to split HALF of that and it's unclear where the other half goes. Everytime I would ask there's a different answer. So.....example, if the tip is $200, the 2 servers have to split half of that which means they each only get $50! 4 or 5 hours of work and you also have to break down and set up for the next event... GM Mark claims he deserves part of it for taking the reservation on the phone and he said "I'm on the phone for 20/25 minutes with these people" LOLOLOLOL seriously you think you deserve extra compensation for doing um your JOB?

They encourage the guest to tip EXTRA if they think the service was good... that is because they know the servers aren't happy that half their tip was taken. He will come on here and try to be very convincing that this isn't true. Trust me it's true!!! he didn't like that I called him out on it last summer... we had a meeting about it and he was talking real fast and stumbling on his words.. What a JOKE! Bring it Mark, I can do this all day! I have lots more to say...

Don't get me started on the manager (Carol) that has NO personality. I said to one of the guys that work in the banquet room that I don't think she liked me.. and he said "no that's just how she is, she doesn't talk to new people".. Um........ WHAT?? A manager who doesn't talk to new people??? What is this high school??? OMG!

The banquet room is small and the food is Blah... think twice before you have a special event here... it's not important to management... they will complain if you ask them to...

I was excited to come here for the first time with a friend for dinner but was a little let down. A friend and I arrived early (4pm) and there weren't many people there yet. It was a nice day so we chose to sit outside. When we asked for a table outside she made it a point to tell us we could ONLY sit out there for an hour and a half. That had put me off a bit but I brushed it off and we sat to eat. The waitress was nice but pushy. She came to the table SEVERAL times asking if we were ready to order when we were still looking over the menu. My friend and I had ordered the sampler appetizer which came out in a timely manner and everything on it was delicious 😋. We each order a drink and a main course. Drinks were excellent. I ordered a shrimp special and my friend got the Artichoke and chicken Saute. The shrimp was cooked with WAY too much garlic (I love garlic and use it in most of my recipes!) and the rice was not seasoned at all. I tried some of my friends and hers tasted like they just dumped an entire bottle of wine on it. Once all our food was out the waitress was nowhere to be found. The overall atmosphere (outside anyway) was great with nice views of the creek below. Might give them another chance because I'm hoping it was a one off.
