I have been going to the Brecksville location for years, but my experience over the past two weeks has been disappointing in terms of quality. I frequently visit other locations and only stop by this one when I’m in the area. However, my recent visits have made it clear that the quality here is not consistent with what I’ve experienced elsewhere.
Just last week, I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and a wrap, paying extra for avocado—only to find no avocado in my wrap. On top of that, my grilled cheese wasn’t melted properly, and my tomato soup was cold. Instead of preparing it fresh, they reheated it in the microwave, causing it to overflow onto the container. Instead of switching it out for a clean one, they still handed it to me dirty, with barely an apology.
Today, I visited again after enjoying a delicious pineapple spicy smoothie at another location, expecting the same quality. Unfortunately, the drink I received at Brecksville was completely different. The flavors were off—I could barely taste the coconut, and the strawberry smear from the other location was missing. The consistency was also bad, with chunks of ice that hadn’t been blended properly.
When I called to provide feedback, I spoke with a young man (who was no older than my son) who was dismissive and argumentative. By the way he said “ I am the manager.” Instead of addressing my concerns, he insisted he made the drink correctly and refused to consider the possibility of inconsistency between locations. I suggested that quality training might help ensure a better experience, but he was neither receptive nor professional in handling the feedback.
To top it off, the staff today seemed distracted by their teenage friends who were hanging out in the store, rather than focusing on providing good service. This kind of disregard for customers is unacceptable.
Because of these repeated issues and the lack of accountability from staff, I will no longer be visiting the Brecksville location—even when it’s the most convenient option. Consistency and customer service matter, and unfortunately, this location falls...
Read moreI'm so disappointed! As someone who has a gluten allergy, I've loved their gluten free wraps. Don't get me wrong - the food is tasty, including the gluten free options, which are appreciated. HOWEVER, what I just experienced, is awful. My partner and I ordered two wraps, with the same filling, but I indicated that I have a gluten allergy and that I needed a gluten free wrap. Well, the wraps came and there was no markings as to which one was which...essentially, I couldn't eat without risk of picking the wrong one. This is unacceptable with allergies. I tried to contact the restaurant directly to resolve the issue and see if they could tell me how to tell, but they didn't pick up. Then they picked up 1 time, yelled, "Hold on a second!", and then hung up. When I tried to call again, I was sent straight to voicemail, several times. This was so...
Read moreBeyond disappointing. I really wanted to like this place but it's huge no for me. The prices are way too high. Almost $15 for a wrap and nothing else with it except salsa (?) (unless you buy a $3 bag of chips). The turkey avocado wrap literally made me sick, upset stomach, etc after eating it. The avocado was brown, the lettuce was also old, brown & kind of wilty. I had to pick out the lettuce. My friends $17 salad was TINY and she said also wilty, brown lettuce. They really should step up the quality of their product with the absurd prices...
