Baseball Batting Cages — Local services in Brecksville

My softball team usually makes the trip down here every few weeks for softball batting practice in the 55 MPH cage. However, after today we will no longer be returning. The management at this batting cage is horrendous. The man who was running the cages at the time we were there was asking us to social distance by getting in our faces and physically pushing us apart. Afterwords, when we “weren’t socially distanced enough” instead of asking us to move he turned off our cage and refused to speak to us until we confronted him ourselves. I paid $40 for the cage for a whole hour and we had almost 10 minutes lost because he thought we weren’t distanced enough. I’m disgusted. Just because we are teenagers doesn’t mean he can treat us like children, he should use his words...

Disappointed with new cage rental. It basically costs double of what you would have normally spent. They wi claim it's the same per minute. But if you were dropping in tokens you would take breaks and adjust your gloves, take a drink of water ect . But now your paying a dollar a minute to adjust your glove , tie your shoes or any break you take. $15 is the cheapest you can bat and that's for only 15 minutes....
