I have heard advertisements for years on my local favorite sports station with Tony Rizzo and gang and also on The Fan at times. Recently I was overdue to buy my wonderful wife a nice piece of reasonably priced jewelry (even though I wish I could have bought her a much much more elaborate piece). So I asked my daughter to come with me to see Josh and Company to pick something out for my Sharona for her birthday which would be from me and my two great kids. The service and interaction was exactly as advertised, no pressure and no up sell! The kids bought her a beautiful pair of earrings and I got her a matching necklace that all coordinated signifying our family (unneeded additional detail haha) . Sharona loved the gifts, but she wanted the necklace a little longer so she was using and extender. I remember Josh said if we have any issues feel free to reach out, so I took the necklace back to see what they could do if anything. To our amazement Josh had the necklace remade at a longer length AT NO CHARGE ! I actually was willing to pay and when I asked Josh about the cost he just said that's why you come here, we take care of our customers. My wife and I were amazed and extremely thankful for the service and quality we all used to get many many years ago. And by the way we were never asked to buy a warranty. In fact we were told its all included. We are professional singers and we will definitely promote them at gigs and to our friends and family.
