Lee Nail's — Local services in Bremen Township

I went here for the first time with a friend for a pedicure. A young man did my feet. He wore glasses and looked very young. He used the foot tool and basically grated my feet and toes. When I went home I noticed my feet were red and was grated like cheese. I put a cream and lotion on my feet and cotton socks hoping it would heal. The next day my feet hurt even more. I went to a nurse to look at my feet and she stated that the person took too much skin off which could lead to an INFECTION. She then applied a antibacterial cream to the bottom of my feet. When I called the store to report what occurred, the lady who answered the phone basically called me a liar. Here is a picture of what my feet looked like the next day. I do not like that these neighborhood nail shops do not believe in customer service. I spent $95 in this place and will NEVER BE BACK. The service was okay but the aftermath was even worse. They told me to come in so they could look at my feet. Why? Are you a doctor or are you going to continue to deny what was done? Keep your hard earned money and go...

On 7/28 I called ahead to confirm the time for the latest walk-in. I was told by the owner 6:30. I got there between 6:20-6:25pm. I was greeted with “we can’t do your nails, we’re closed” and I told him I was the one that called and asked about the latest they took clients today. The Owners response “ I don’t care we can’t do you’re nails we are too busy” and I him why he didn’t express that over the phone he then proceeds to raise his voice and try to dismiss the question as he motions his hand for me to leave. I told him he was very disrespectful and for the amount of money I’ve paid on my nails at his shop previously that this type of behavior towards a customer was unacceptable. He told me he didn’t care I was a customer or what I’ve spent before in so many words. So I left but I made sure to post and tell people that I know not to waste your money or time he is rude and doesn’t appreciate customers. Been here many times never had an issue prior to that day. Will never return....

Very unprofessional people working in this establishment. I was unsatisfied with the service I recieved. I came two times; the first time I was like I'm not going back there, the man who did my nails and toes did a messy job a 3rd grader could have done a better job. Talking to the gentleman who was doing my mani- pedi was like talking to a brick wall, he did not comprehend what I was saying or he was pretending not to. My toes had bubbles in them. He did not wait for the nail polish to dry before applying more coats. Very rude employees talking to one another instead of communicating w/customers. If the spent more time communicating w/the customers instead of each other they probably would have more happy customers! The second time I went wanted to give them a second chance but I was made a fool out of again. My nails were filed unevenly and bubbles in my nail polish on my feet and toes. They do NOT know how to talk to customers!!!!! DO NOT go here!!!!! Try the place in Homewood...
