Old Tinley Pub & Eatery — Restaurant in Bremen Township

Pay no attention to bashing reviews about the pub, especially the reviewer looking for ”a girls night out” because this is not a ”girls night out” establishment. Go downtown if you need a ”girls night out”. This is a neighborhood bar where neighborhood people like myself and fiancé, the regular jane and joe, go to eat and drink and hang out. Their food is terrific and modestly priced, particularly their homemade pizzas (half priced on sundays) - to die for! The cost per person really depends on how much you are going to drink but the average meal, if you decide to eat, is about $8. You can't beat that price in these economically...

I was a bartender here for about 6 months. Had lots of regulars coming in. The owner was impossible to work for. Would raise his voice at me on numerous occasions. All the while sitting in his Vip chair drinking beer and doing shots. I quit without notice. I could not take it anymore. Asked for my final check and he told me i would not get it because i left without notice . Many people in Tinley park do not frequent this establishment anymore because the owner is rude to customers. Even the good ones. Health inspector would not be happy to hear he has a dog in the kitchen while making food for the customers. Steer clear...

Went in and was verbally attacked by the server after she requested an ID. While i was pulling out my wallet i was yelled at and asked to leave. After leaving she even went out of her way to come out and yell out to me and two of my friends. She was yelling obscenities and we just walked away and ignored her, while she lit a cigarette and started to speak to the people outside. The establishment had to be the most trashy bar i have ever walked in to, which is why i did not care to leave. If you are not white then this place is not for you.
