IF YOU CAN MAKE THE DRIVE TO LAKEWOOD OR PUYALLUP WHERE THERE ARE A COUPLE OF SHOPS RUN PROFESSIONALLY BY PEOPLE WITH INTEGRITY. I didn't get to the point of buy/sell/pawn because of the ridiculously bad customer service I encountered. I got there to an empty shop with three staff standing around and tried to explain that I'm in a pinch obviously (like most everyone who goes to pawn things) and I need to pawn some things to get a quick $1500. I couldn't even get the statement out before getting interrupted by one guy telling me, not in a friendly or respectful way, to bring it in and show them right now , don't tell them. I said I wanted to get an idea of what I'd need to bring and got a pretty rude and dismissive response in the negative from the same guy before finishing what I tried to say. I tried asking a couple questions before realizing no one was going to be helpful so I tried to at least get some idea of what things they were taking and some clarification about firearms with the current gun restrictions. They did answer one of the several questions I had but not without one guy interrupting me again to make fun of me for misspeaking about the style of gun a Stribog SP39AG is; which only came up because all three of the guys working were completely clueless about firearms while also being too unhelpful or lazy to look anything up. Before I left, because I hoped to glean at least a tiny bit of information so my time wouldn't be completely wasted, I specifically asked if they would be willing to look anything up so I could get a ballpark idea of what to bring in. Of course the response was negative. I gave two stars because one of the guys was at least cordial and a different guy, the one in charge apparently, was only moderately dismissive and not overly rude. The last guy was both overtly rude and dismissive almost to the point of being hostile. The whole time I was the only customer in the shop and I only asked for a little information specifically for the purpose of giving them my business and that other shops would have answered quickly and professionally which I know from experience. I will certainly spend time to drive to a better shop. At this point I can't imagine trusting these guys even if I was desperate enough to have to deal with them which I don't think even starving would...

First off unfortunately I have used pawn shops more then they should and many in my area kitsap pierce. Within the last few years small one’s left and big one became more Franchised and corporate like. I have used pawn 1 off and on since they took this location in Bremerton. I’ve never been offered less for a item here than what cash America offered and recently I was offered 250$ more than asking for two items I had in before and got back out. I also have received calls from mika? And others reminding me when my items are due( known for forgetting and losing slips) and when I have forgot or not made it in on time my item was always held after the due date up to 4 weeks with interest of course after a simple call letting them know what’s going on. Mika and the team Are one the few shops I notice don’t sit on phones and actually take care of customers Vs just make a buck off them. Im hoping to not have to use pawns in the future but I know who has my business when it’s needed. I went to pawn 1 today to pawn a ring that I have pawned several times there before. Nakeisha tried to help me, but the assistant manager Sharee was very rude to me. I could not believe how loud, disrespectful unprofessional and loud she was bobbing and weaving her head, she told me they didn't take rings like that, and Nakeisha told her it was in last year and that I had 4 1/2 stars with them. in a loud voice again she said that she said didn't care, the people who wrote those loans probably dont even work there anymore and she was helping other customers now. It almost felt like she was egging me on to fight, but she was just trying to embarrass me. I explained that me and my wife only needed a little gas money to get to the hospital in Silverdale. But because she didn't want to give me a $20 loan on a ring that has been pawned for more money several times, we weren't there at the hospital, when my wife's mom passed away at 4:26 this evening. What good is it being a 4 1/2 star customer if you can't get just a tiny bit of help when you need it.
