We originally bought a mattress at Costco, and it was not what we expected, we took it back in a week. However, once we took it back we didn't have a mattress. We went to every mattress store around trying to find someone with a decent mattress in the store. Every store was trying to upsell us something we didn't want, and then if we found one we liked it was at least a week out. So for us that meant sleeping on basically the floor for a week. We took a chance and went to the mattress store because it wasn't far from our house and we thought what do we have to loose. We walked in and were greeted by a very nice gentleman (Luis) who was not like your typical salesman. We told him our debacle and that we had no mattress, without a blink he said well you can just borrow one of our showroom mattresses. Then he listened to our budget and needs for a mattress. He was knowledgeable, and easy to ask questions of. The whole experience was so much easier and more helpful than what we had experienced everywhere else. We are now...

The location was recommended to me by a family member because of Lee's warm and friendly customer service. The completeness of his knowledge and inventory astonished me; I greatly admired his focused diligence and profound professionalism. While browsing, I noticed that the Mattress Store has something for just about everybody and their price range. My family has found a deep-seated satisfaction and comfort from the products purchased at this location, and I will not soon forget my experience. They are the only place we could find in the Puget Sound region that had ALL of the Leesa and Wink beds in stock available to lay on. Including the Wink models that aren't sold online as the top tier line won't ship in a box. Super helpful staff and knowledgeable. Lee helped us and he was great. The prices were better than anywhere else we went, and we went everywhere. Local owned company is economically part of the community, not out of town national private equity. We do not regret at all traveling all the way over from Seattle to purchase here. Nowhere else had all the mattresses we were interested in available to be tried side by side. I highly recommend...
