The black young lady who worked the drive thru closing shift on 7/7/24 has no customer service experience. Was EXTREMELY rude. Waited 30mins for my food, she forgot items. She got mad cause she didn’t check the bags before handing them out, lied about not having wings so she could hurry up and get cars out the drive thru so they could close the store but a coworker of hers came up to her from the back and said they’re making the wings for a order behind me.
Went back to get items, dine in was closed so I knocked and male employee opened the door and said he’d get them, while he’s getting the items my fiancée said they didn’t give any sauces that we’d ask for. This is were the young dark skin girl came out and I asked her if she could tell the guy for sauces since he’s getting the items they’d forgotten already, she then rudely was saying “he’s getting it, and next time go around the drive thru” he comes back and brings the items and I asked if I could also get sauces since I already knew she didn’t ask him, he told me yeah that’s fine so he goes back in and I see she walks up to him telling him no and runs to the door to lock it LMAO so the guy is telling me through the window it’s a no and I’d have to go to the drive thru. I pull up to the window after having to wait again, she’s working the window and it’s visible she’s irritated, then was petty gave me one ranch and one bbq sauce after spending like 50$ on the food
She definitely was on some weirdo behavior, definitely shouldn’t have a job dealing with customers. Couldn’t have cared less about making a review over the missing items, just how she went about the whole situation at the door when I went to get my food and sauces that I ordered in the first place, it was the attitude and rude behavior and running to lock the door after she didn’t check the bags before...
Read moreThird times the charm? Nope, not for me. It has been over a year since last eating Popeyes food, and then three years prior. Previous experience, the two things that I remember most about that last visit was my chicken was done incorrectly, then I waited about nearly 20 minutes to be given the wrong chicken the 2nd time around. I always try to give restaurants a second chance, in this case, a third chance. Well, today my husband had heard all about the chicken burger hype, one restaurant's chicken burger vs. another. So I was willing (but reluctant) to stop today on my way home, I picked up two of the chicken burgers and a small fry. Come to find out with the spicy version of it is just a spicy mayo sauce that makes it spicy, the chicken is seasoned normal. I love chicken, but not a fan of a "chicken burger" like my husband is, so I was planning to pull it apart and eat just the chicken and the pickles. When I ordered, the kid that was taking my order was friendly enough but very confused; I asked for one of the chicken burgers with no mayo, and the other burger can stay as is. He repeated my request, having both burgers with mayo. I corrected him and stated "only one with mayo" then he had both burgers with no mayo, again, I corrected him and said "One with mayo, one without mayo" Well, apparently they put mayo on both burgers and then realized that one was supposed to be mayo-free so someone scraped some of it off. Both burgers had only one pickle. What am I going to do with one pickle??? I will say the piece of chicken was large and nice and crispy. But the fries, cold and soggy, I only live 5 minutes away. But overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Read moreSeptember 19, 2024. After my son’s football practice we decided to pick up Popeyes. There was no one else there when we pulled up. We saw 3 employees standing outside by the entrance. First, when we ordered, the lady taking our order. Didn’t let us finish saying our order before she rudely interrupted and asked sides?” Then when we started saying it she interrupted rudely again and said “drink?” She did this with 4 of our combo orders we ordered. Then at the window we saw the 2 employees coming inside and the gentleman from outside came to the window to take our payment and hand us our order. Our order was not correct, we were missing two items. One soda, and if the employee wasn’t on such a hurry to get rid of us. So my husband pulled around to the front to get our side orders and ask for a rexepty since we were not given one. He had to walk by the 3 employees by the door- they were in fact smoking marijuana. And I know this because I know the smell and look of what it looks like. And they were getting stone on the job outside where customers, families, children’s are suppose to walk through. I had to shut my heater and roll my windows up so my. Holden would t be smellingarojuana. My husband came back in the car with our order, he forgot to ask for our missing drink, and he said the Atticus and lack of customer service and including the drugs being used by the employees. He said it wasn’t worth going back and walking by the clouds of weeds. Or the. Seth attitude I hope the managers and supervisors actually read this and fire the employees.
