Really confused in my experience today. Purchased a desk. Was told to go around to “receiving” There isn’t a sign, no biggie. There’s an older man in pink sorting through stuff. I quickly get out to find out if this is even where I go. No hi, no hello. Just a quick. I need your receipt. Sure no problem. I guess that was the right place. I took steps back to grab it and he tells me I’m holding up the line and I need to move and he just point to a far corner. Mind you as I’m asking if this is even the right area, 1 car pulls up behind me. I wasn’t blocking the donations section. I move my car. He was just rude and dismissive. So what was it, give you the receipt or move my car buddy.
I go back to hand him the receipt and he takes it and goes to get the item. As he is rolling it in the dolly he selected, while forcefully pushing it towards my car. Another gentleman noticed my car was way far away. He told me I could park RIGHT where I had. No issues. I explained to him that his co worker was pretty rude in telling me I wasn’t allowed to park there and had to park far away
So the guy is pushing it to my car and he drops it. Clearly it’s going to fall cause he wasn’t using the right thing for it. Corners ended up chipping and breaking
Had to go back and get a refund.

Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. The manager Melinda thinks it’s okay to fire her employees who can’t come in due to needing medical attention. Instead of caring about said employees surgery she said that the store was more important than said employees health. When I called to find out about this Melinda just argued with me instead of acting like a manger and speaking to me like a decent human being. Working in customer service, I know that Jo matter the situation the manager always has to keep a certain demeanor and this definitely wasn’t the case with her. She was straight up rude and unprofessional and firing your employees cause they need surgery just isn’t okay. Hope you are sleeping at...
Read moreNot a good experience here today. Stopped by on my way to take my grandkids to a park. Found them some much needed pants and a couple of toys. Was told by the cashier I needed to provide ID for the cash app card (it belongs to my daughter) and I have her PIN number. They could have called her to verify. Needless to say I had to leave the purchase. She was working and I could not get a hold of her to do a cash app to “my card” instead. I shop at the store in Port Orchard and I have never had any trouble. I find this difficult since this was a pretty empty store and they turned away a $40 purchase. I will NOT be back. Visit the Port Orchard store instead. Much more merchandise & no trouble paying...
