This place is TERRIBLE, SHADY somehow my pay out price more than doubled THEY only call for payments not to resolve issues i called 4-5 X everytime i was promised a call back I purchased a TV from them and it was unfortunate but within the hour of them droppin it off the screen cracked originally i believe the same as cash price was 800 something and the manager seemed sincere by knockin off $200 but without full explanation i had 6 months to pay it off for the same as cash price what he didnt tell me is that he was going to put them both on the same agreement and i needed to pay them both off by the 6 month deadline i successfully paid off the one TV (not the broken one) in the 6 months with 600 something left on my account basically the broken TV and then come the 6months my balance due jumped from 6 something to almost 1,300 im just mind blown at what in the world happened there are they charging me for not having both sets paid off within the 6 months or how does my balance more than double ive been calling and callin all of last month ive had multiple employees promise to have the manager call me and solve my issue i told employee chris that i called 4x and kept gettin the same promise he assured me that he was gonna get me a call back and now its been day 5 no...

The staff here are honestly some of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve met. Even when I wasn’t at my best and was rude during our first interaction, they still treated me with respect, patience, and kindness. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that the process was smooth. I just had a total Knee replacement surgery ,asked my wife to go down to Wheaton Way Rent A center and rent a recliner to make my life more comfortable ! My wife came home about an hour later , shortly after Rent a Center was here with my chair ! I was truly amazed at their willingness to help me so expediently ! Ten thumbs up to this company!
