I went to Jinane to get my eyebrows microbladed. She was referred to me by someone else and I had been searching forever for someone that I felt would do a great job. My first appointment she ran over an hour and half late without ever apologizing for running so far behind. After my first session, I messaged her about a week in and let her know that I felt that the color had faded and didn't feel like I had any strokes left. She informed me that they would heal and the color would then come back, it never did. When I went in for my 2nd touch up appointment she went darker with my brows on the color, which I was completely fine with. Go out another week post 2nd touch up and I have 2 separate people who microblade look at them and they both say the same thing..."there isn't any strokes even left, when did you get these done?" I message her and let her know my frustration for that she tells me that in my paperwork I signed that, the microblading can reject from clients skin and I would not be able to get a refund. So I then go back to my other two sources and ask. They both tell me the same thing, someone with enlarged pores and/or someone who is older. I have neither. So now I am out $400 plus her $60 tip that I gave her and still have no microbladed brows. She did offer for me to come in and have her look at them and she would do a 3rd session, but why would I want to try for a 3rd time with her when it had not worked out the other 2 and it hasn't been 4 weeks so technically I'm not completely healed. I would suggest to look into someone else and make sure that you've seen all their work and make sure they are certified and have the correct paper work from the state as well. I'm in the service industry and I can't ever imagine not giving my client their money back especially if they didn't receive the service they...

Hands down the best place to get your eyebrows microbladed. Jinane goes above and beyond to make sure that I get exactly the shape and shade I like. I have hashimotos disease and it causes my skin to be very dry, my brows didn’t take so great the first initial time because of the dryness and I mentioned it to her and she told me to come back in so I could get them touched up, it really meant a lot to me that she was concerned and made sure I was happy with my results. After the touch up she gave me my brows were amazing! It was exactly what I wanted and more. I came in today to get my 6 month touch up and she was so kind and was asking about my health. It means a lot that she remembered me and that she really does care for her clients not only on a professional level but a personal level as well. I always brag about this place to everyone I know because they are really the best. I’m kinda picky especially when it has to do with my appearance and they exceed my expectations every single time! First let me say the whole Staff is Extremely Wonderful, nice and professional, Annie is bad on the lashes and very professional and very joyful with a good spirit & and knowledge help me out on a product that I didn't know not speaking on the details but Wonderful person , Kelly on the brows awesome very neat and clean , professional very genuine spirit, I've been with then since February while I'm up here doing business and Yes when I visit this is one of my locations that I will always recommend.
