Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Brentwood

I ordered here for my wedding this past weekend. The customer service up until today was great. However, I ordered 219 little bunts and there is no way I go all of them. My hall even said there is no way there was 219 sitting in the table. I was told there was and that they took most of the boxes with them. Why would you take the boxes? I had 10 boxes left so for all I know you only delivererd 10 boxes of 12. My table wasn’t even full, so I don’t trust they even brought me 219. Then apparently the stand was due back the next day, which if I had known I would have returned it ASAP. From what I remember she said to just get it back ASAP as they didn’t have another booking. I paid an outstanding amount of money for the stand anyway. Then to make my mother cry in your store and just sit there and walk away was ridiculous. If I were there that would not have happened what so ever. My cakes were dry as well. I will never recommend you all for a wedding EVER! If you want a late fee take it out of the money you owe me for not have 219 cakes...

These Bunt Cakes Are Always Amazing. BUT the service/ customer service I received was horrendous. I told the elderly lady at the register I was picking out a cake for my wifes' bridal shower. Inside of small talk, I happily shared our 10 year partnership & I was extremely proud to take the next step to upgrade MY RELATIONSHIP 2 FOREVER. After I Paid 2.50 (in addition) for a "blue bag" to properly transport my 61.00 DESSERT. The elderly lady told me, " If You Need A Divorce, Give Me A Call"!!!! I found it VERY INAPPROPRIATE & HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL to UNDERMINE MY MATRIMONY with VULGAR COMMENTS. Not sure if it's me or the staff but I visited today the cashier was somewhat friendly, and greeted me. Another lady came from the back didn't speak looked at me and turned her head. Another customer came in, she spoke and greeted her very nicely. While the cashier was in the back wrapping my cakes, the other worker finally lightly spoke. Maybe it's because of my skin color I'm not sure, but I went to the one in Fairview Heights after leaving. It was a totally different experience. Staff greeted me very nicely and made me feel welcome. They also told me about the stamp cards, which I wasn't informed about in Brentwood after buying 4 cakes. I love the cakes but the experience at Brentwood was not a good one. I will probably drive 55mins to Fairview from now on even though Brentwood is only 15mins from me. The cakes are...
