Exit 11 Coffee Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Brentwood

This is easily one of my favorite new places that has come to Brentwood. Having a drive thru coffee place with actually good coffee and great snacks that isn’t a super mega coffee chain is awesome. The staff are always the most pleasant to interact with and I’ve literally never had a carelessly made drink or food item. The double sided drive thru is a game changer and makes the process so fast that I always feel like it’s worth driving slightly out of my way to go there. I don’t usually bother writing reviews, but I want to support this place any way I can because I never want them to leave. Thank you, Exit 11, for being exactly the neighborhood drive thru coffee place that I’ve been hoping for. You guys rock. Also, thank you for extending your hours....

I usually drive 30 minutes just to come to this coffee shop, but after today, I will no longer be returning. The woman with dark red hair in a bun who took my order was extremely rude, and it felt like she was being forced to serve me. Every time she takes my order, she gives me attitude, but today was the worst. I ordered a sugar cookie latte with oat milk and mentioned that I’m lactose intolerant. Instead of helping, she laughed at me. Very unprofessional and completely unnecessary. I’ve always enjoyed this place, but the customer service I experienced today was disappointing and unacceptable. I hope management addresses this, because customers especially regulars deserve to be treated...

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I am not from the area, I was looking for a small shop to support, unfortunately the system didn't recognize my card and I had no other forms of payment with me. I was going to just drive away when she handed me my order anyways. I didn't catch her name, but she was the absolute sweetest! Totally surprised me, and turned my rough morning around. She didn't have to go out of her way, but it was so appreciated. Her personality and customer service is 10/10.
