Family Friendly. Owners are wonderful people. There is one employee who needs anger management and is not considered professional. I was told she is Crazy., Tried to talk with her in the back room and she started yelling really loud. GET OUT GET OUT. SHE USED FOWL LANGUAGE CALLED ME NAMES AND WANTED TO FIGHT WITH ME PHYSICALLY. We were steady customers for years. Extremely terrible way to treat a customer. She was even pushing poor Bonnie. She nudged my sister on her way into work one morning and we told the owner and nothing was said to correct her !!!! It was a NIGHTMARE. I’m 67 years old & this crazy woman wanted to attack me…. Wants to do your nails the way she wants them. Did a design I didn’t like and was extremely annoyed and said was not doing my nails anymore in a loud tone of voice. She made a Christmas design and it was not even Thanksgiving. At first I thought he/she was kidding but she got very nasty and yelled louder. Sad because all the other employees are pleasant and they have that one Bad Apple that most likely is family so nothing will be resolved and it will go on with other customers which is not good for the business. YOU DON’T TREAT YOUR STEADY OR ANY CUSTOMER THIS WAY… Loved Bonnie and Timmy the daughter...

I went in Thursday before Easter. This is not my normal salon, but I was in the area so I decided I would stop in bc the reviews were good and I used to go here back when I was younger and lived in the area. I had dip nails and asked for a hard gel instead. The guy grunted and said the dip takes a long time to remove. He soaks my nails in acetone for 45 minutes leaving them extremely brittle and weak after having long strong natural nails from the dip. The pedicure massage was so painful and he grunted the entire time bc he was tired from how forceful he was rubbing my legs. The foot scrubber left a mark on the back of my ankle bc he kept grinding it on the back of my leg the way he was holding my foot and scrubbing. it was so painful. My nails aren't what I asked for and 2 nails already broke. 85 bucks I paid and I've never had such a horrible experience. When we were done with my nails he also said finally I can go home. I totally understand having a long day and just wanting to go home, but I would have rather waited for someone who wanted the business and I didn't feel like a...

The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the spa was extremely clean. No dust to be found, and that’s saying a lot. I felt confident that COVID protocols were being followed. My first visit was for a pedicure and a gel fill manicure. The pedicure was one of the best I’ve ever had. I’m on my feet all day, so it’s important for me to have frequent pedis and area the salons I visited in past provided only mediocre results. But honestly I can’t say enough good things about the pedicure I received here. Meticulous and professional! The manicure was ok, a bit on the thick side and not shaped as I requested . I returned for another manicure two weeks later and had much better results. Don’t hesitate to try...
