COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO SUPPORT AN OWNER WHO DOESNT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WANT TO BE SERVED BY YOUNG KIDS WHO COULD GIVE A DAMN LESS ABOUT YOUR ORDERS!! Place is absolutely ridiculous. me and my father went through the drive through and as we pull up to the window the manager is telling one of the 8 girls that are back there that they forgot a sandwich on somebodys order, so we get home and sure as hell, THEY FORGOT A SANDWICH IN OUR ORDER NOW TOO! So i call and they tell me i can come get it whenever so I explained to them how i stopped on my way home from work and live 15 mins away so i told them that it was dinner for my father, mother, sister, and myself and that me and 3 people arent going to sit and eat in front of one so I would appreciate a refund. long story short he tells me that he needs to call me back cause he needs to call the owner, well he called me back and said "well the owner said we cant refund you but we can still give you that sandwich". I explained to him too how I work in a restaurant and that if we screwed a whole family's dinner up you better believe we'd be refunding them, alls he could say is hes sorry and that i can have a chicken sandwich on them when i explained to him numerous times how that doesnt make up for it because the point is that I live 15 mins away, thats what my WHOLE FAMILY OF 4 was supposed to eat for dinner but they forgot a sandwich so what they think we're just gonna sit there and tell one of the family members that they have to eat something else while we all enjoy some take out? yeah okay. We come here often the staff is always nice and helpful .. the manager is very rude and I’m in shock about it. I’ve never been talked to or treated like this at a chick fil a .. the manager is a bad asset to company. a few weeks back I went through the drive thru and when I got home I realized I was missing a chicken biscuit sandwich. I called and the manager was annoyed and rude and told me I’m in a book log to get a free one next time. He also never once apologized for the inconvenience.. so I went back two weeks later to get my chick biscuit and he couldn’t find my name . After a little longer with this annoyed look on his face he found my name in the log that was on his phone.. another visit I noticed him being super mean to the employees and it’s wrong . I ordered a meal and a coffee and asked for their jalapeno salsa sauce. The employee asked the manager if there was any more and he said “idk I’m busy right now”. Rudely dismissed the co worker. Never did I experience this at a chick fil a . I also like to mention I rarely make bad reviews...
