Will come back and update, When I first started looking into furniture options I looked at aarons, I went in looked around left my contact info and unfortunately had to leave ro take my husband to an appointment, we'll the next few weeks we're absolutely a real life night mare , I was called and harassed for weeks telling me that I owed this amount of money when I didn't even fill out a contract or sign a lease or receive any goods or services. After I called and made them aware that I didn't have a lease nor did I receive any furniture. They apologized for the inconvenience and the mix up. Not even one day later they showed up to my house! Asking for me to complete a payment . At this point I was fuming mad, I called the store and spoke with the same person I had spoken to the prior day and they just gave excuses. 😑 moving forward I tried going through rent a center for a bedroom set and they didn't have any selection that I was comfortable paying 3 grand on and using for the next 10 years, so hesitantly i looked on aarons website, they had an absolutely beautiful 7 piece charolotte king bedroom set, I placed an order , I didn't hear anything for about 5 days, I received a call early in the morning on the fifth day and they confirmed I wasn't a scammer and confirmed some of my information. After that I called the store 4 separate times to see if they received my order. No updates now it's been three weeks and still don't have anything nor have I heard anything or been given a delivery date.so we will see I will come back and update in a...

I have been going to Aarons in Bridgeport, WV for 4 to 5 years now. I don't think their prices can be beat. The staff, from management to the delivery people are extremely courteous and very helpful. I have always been treated with the utmost of respect. In all the years that I have been going there, I have only been in the store two or three times. When I want furniture or appliances I call, tell them what I want and they do the rest. They have never disappointed me. I have never sent anything back and they do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. If I could give them a rating above 5 it would definitely be 5 plus as many stars as I could give them....

I thought they were great at first but if you don’t pay your merchandise off within the same as cash time frame u end up paying double if not more for the product. If I would have known that at start I would have NEVER signed up for it nor does it help your credit in any way shape or form now it does hurt it if u don’t make on time payments or fail to pay it off. The sales ppl are awesome that’s the only reason I gave one star. Even though they fail to tell you if u don’t pay it off within the same as cash date that u will pay double if not more...
