I used to give them praise and 5 stars, glowing reviews and I used to recommend everyone to check them out but after I had a few bad experiences with this store I decided to contact corporate and had even worse experience with Kimberly R at Ollie's Corporate Customer Service I won't recommend anyone shop here. I've also put my money where my mouth is and stopped purchasing here altogether. I run a small local business and we used to buy off Ollie's because they were the cheapest place to get carpets and fans. Now my business refuses to buy from them as well as I won't buy a single thing for personal life. Only buy here if you like bad attitudes and terrible store policies.
This place used to be great! It was my favorite store. I'm not sure what happened to the place, if it was a corporate buyout or what but the new store policies are terrible.
They rearranged the store so it looks better but now they treat the customers like garbage, they corral us around like animals and force you to go through their little candy aisle to checkout, and then once you do get to the end there's a sign that says "Please wait here" if you pass that sign you'll be met with the most ungodly attitudes from every single red shirted person within sight. The worst part is the sign is in a tiny corner and no one pays a bit of attention to it so everyone walks past you.
Not only does everyone attempt to accidentally skip the line because of their dumb policy which should be revoked but then you get to hear the god awful attitudes over and over and over as you wait for the one single checkout...

Then after the people payed the cashier continued to talk to them. Five minutes later, she still was talking them then started to pet their dog. By this time there were several people standing behind me. So I asked the cashier if she could check me out so I could leave because I had other errands to do. She rolled her eyes and told the people she was sorry that I was being rude. I told her I wasn't being rude but I didn't have the time to wait in line while she petted a dog and talked. The people moved and as I was putting my stuff on the counter she said, You better hurry since you have so much to do. I didn't say anything, I paid and as I was grabbing my bag she said, You better hurry, you need to get things done. I looked at her and told her that she didn't need to be rude to me because I asked her...
Read moreI purchased a chefman air fryer for 99.99 at always inn Bridgeport West Virginia. I was so excited to find an air fryer that's the dehydrator slash rotisserie is well for that price. The day I purchased it I took it home I plugged it in . Instructions said you were to push the start-stop button on the top to get the programming screen to light up. Well it didn't light up I tried it and several plugs in my house I tried pushing different buttons at different times it wasn't coming on. So I took it back to Ollie's and exchanged it and I got home plugged in push the start-stop button and it worked. I love my chefman air fryer and for 99.99 I love it even more. If you ever thought about getting a chefman air fryer now is the time to get it if you haven't always in your area cuz I don't think you going to find a top-quality air fryer for this price...
