Vincent took the time to educate us about different stones, settings, and craftsmanship techniques, making what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and exciting.

What truly set them apart was the patience throughout our entire journey. We had many questions, changed our minds more than once, and needed guidance on design choices. Never once did we feel rushed or like we were being a burden. Vincent genuinely cared about helping us create something perfect, no matter how long it took.

Cute little shop but I am a little disappointed. My engagement ring is from here, and in one years time the prongs have broken and the main stone has fallen out twice. My ring is gorgeous and I love it so much, but ever since day 1, there has been enough wiggle room for the prongs on my ring to catch things, whether it be my hair, my shirt, the fuzz of my jacket, etc. I figured this would be an issue, and it has been. It seems as though all they can do, or what they have offered, is to fix it when it breaks. So even though a few prongs are able to catch on things, until it breaks off, I don’t know if they can fix it. I got the ring in July, needed repair in October, now again at the end of August, just over a year of having it, another prong has broken and my stone fell off for a second time. They were very good about repairing it the first time it happened (only a couple months after I had gotten the ring). Picked up my ring after dropping it off to get resized. Not happy with the work. I can see where the ring was cut and resized. I brought in a size 11 asking for it to be downsized to a size 8. I never received my scrap back despite being told I would when I went to drop it off originally. I will be returning back to have both of these issues fixed.
