A nice high end Italian restaurant for sure. Definitely worth the drive with a loved one or large groups. The inside is kind of plain looking but the service and staff go above and beyond to make your experience a joyful one. The appetizer part of the menu is absolutely a must, including the calamari dishes and the Baratta fresh mozzarella dish. I was a little disappointed with my dinner. The Fusilli mama mia I felt with the shrimp, did not have any flavor and may have been cooked a little to long. I didn't relize that there are various types of fusilli pastas and I was thinking of a different shape then the one I was served. Everything else in the dish including the asparagus, artichokes and brandy pink sauce was very good. I am a huge fan of Ceasar salads and this particular ceasar salad was no slouch. The dressing was so amazingly delicious and the homemade croutons were yummy. I shared it with my wife, but could have easily devoured it all by myself. I'm not usually a big fan of Italian desserts, but the chocolate souffle lava cake was out of this world! Everyone loved their desserts as well. The coffee was also well made. I'm so bad at remembering names but our host for the evening was so kind and generous and very knowledgeable. He definitely gave us a great experience. We do recommend you give this little gem a try. I would love to come back and try some other dishes and specials. Don't forget it's BYOB as well. Until next time, hope this review...

I just hosted my sisters baby shower here in Feb 2025 for 25 women for Lunch and all my guests raved about the space, food, and excellent level of service.

As a host I most appreciated that the owner was very flexible with allowing us to set up the room how we wanted, including providing extra tables for gifts and a DIY hot cocoa + dessert bar we brought in. I also appreciated that if anything was going to incur an additional cost, they pulled me aside and asked first (ie. Pellegrino not being included in the $40 event menu offering).

The level of service the day of was great— all of the staff serving us were personable, and always kept our water cups full, and they even took the initiative of serving our BYO wine to all of our guests and making sure their wine glasses were full.

The other thing I was worried about, but ended up not being a factor at all, was the adjoining room being too loud with a bigger party, but we didn’t hear them or see them at all as the staff kept the door closed! The adjoining room has a separate entrance as well… so if you have a party I suggest having a welcome sign for your party that you can place outside of the front door.

The room was great, and no matter where you were seated you could see the mom to be opening gifts.

All in all, it was wonderful and I would recommend it for any bridal/baby showers. My one wish is that it had a...

Just went last night for dinner, in the time of Covid, sat outside at a table under a tent. I would say it is the first place we have gone in the midst of outdoor dining that we felt no stress and felt like precovid days when we went out to eat. Staff and owners wear masks, the tables and all surroundings were spotless. We had to use the restrooms inside, also spotless. Lovely music in the background under the tent. Amazing customer service, made us feel at home and they did not rush us at all and we got there past 9pm. They made sure we enjoyed every part of our meal. The balsamic calamari appetizer was wonderful. Between all of us we tried the pork chop, steak, sea bass and wild mushroom ravioli. Each dish was fresh and flavorful. My bronzino tasted like it was caught and cooked right away! My husband loved his steak l, i tried it and for a non steak lover, i loved it! Dessert and coffee were amazing, highly recommend the brownie, melts in your mouth and does not taste artificial and heavy like some other places. We will be back for sure, with a bottle of wine next time, it is byob. The customer service makes you want to go back and the amazing food has us craving it again just a day later! Prices to be were reasonable to me because you get what you pay for- fresh, non processed food in a lovely, clean setting. Thank you Cafe Venezia for a...

Food is special , Service exemplary and the atmosphere is airy and welcoming. How does everything look and taste so good is the million dollar question worth exploring! Leo and Eddie own this family run gem in Martinsville. They clearly take pride in their food and are confident about what they offer . They are Albanian so their food has an Italian influence but with some ingredients and spices giving its own identity . We got Burrata and the shrimp appetizer Gamberoni Fantasia . Shrimp was served with a flavorful sauce that was so good especially to mop up with their warm bread . Burrata was fresh made in-house was served chill with ripe tomatoes basil and good quality olive oil . We had to try the Branzino alla Amalfitana- which was creamy and delectable it’s one of those Oooo la la moments digging into it . The Fusilli Mama Mia was mellow with a punch from the feta cheese which is the Albanian twist . Pistacchio mousse with gelato marked a sweet end to a great meal . This place is a winner in all fronts . Try it to believe it !
