I went with my daughter who was super excited to go back since she tried it once before. We arrived 15 minutes earlier and we waited anxiously in the car till they opened thinking everything should be ready for customers to order anything from the menu. We were not even greeted. There was this girl who she just didnât seem to be excited to have this job. She wasnât terrible but she wasnât great either. Tapioca wasnât ready and it would take another 30+ minutes to be ready, matcha machine wasnât ready. There was some pupping jelly to replace tapioca but I donât like it. She offered the coffee jelly but not my favorite either. I mentioned that I shouldnât be paying extra only because tapioca isnât ready. She called her manager to confirm and it seems to have allowed it. When our order was ready. She just left them on the corner and walked away to the back of the store. No enjoy it! No goodbye, no thing!!! Usually when you get the soft serve ice cream, youâre supposed to get the biscuit sticks with it too. That wasnât included. We wanted to pay half cash and half card, she didnât know how to do it. The menu is really good but the service was bad. If you open at 3pm, you should arrive at least 30 mins early to get everything ready for customers. I donât have to order from the limited option you have because youâre lazy and not ready. I walked in to the store super excited, I left super disappointed. We drove an hour back and forth for this service....
Read moreâââââ What an incredible experience! The owners of this shop are truly dedicated and have invested their lives into making this place a success. I was blown away by the character they bring to their business and how committed they are to offering something unique.
I tried their Earl Grey ice cream, which came in a charming mason jar with a handle â such a thoughtful touch! I also learned about their amazing process of using concentrated powder teas directly in their specialty ice cream and Boba tea.
The store in Martinsville, New Jersey, is not only clean and welcoming but also offers plenty of room for seating, making it a great place to relax. While I havenât tried the Boba tea yet, Iâm definitely coming back for it. If youâre in the area, this place is worth a visit just to watch the process and taste their exquisite...
Read moreI stopped by tonight with two of my children after seeing a post on TikTok. I have to say I was really impressed with this place, as we frequent different tea shops and I will definitely come back here even though I live in Middlesex County. The ice cream and teas were all delicious. Between the three of us, we had the Ube, taro, and mango, and we thought they were both excellent. The staff was so incredibly friendly⌠It seems to be a family own business and as soon as we came in, a gentleman offered to let us try some ice cream flavors and made suggestions for our order. He also kept checking on us making sure everything was OK which we definitely...
