Never have I ever until today had flowers delivered to a gravesite. I’ve never had this experience before, but it had been on my mind and I just didn’t know how to do it. I asked some people and no one seemed to know.

So I called Brigham Floral And Gift Design. Brittany (sp) answered the phone and I told her I’d never done this before but I wanted to send Dad some flowers. I did my very best to remember where in the cemetery his plot was, but not being from Brigham City, I don’t even know which way is which when I’m there. I described what the headstone looked like, I knew it was on a corner of the cemetery property… She told me not to worry about it and that she would find him.

Not only did Brittany find the plot, she took time to send me a photo and verify with me where Dad & Sandy’s plot is so it will be easier next time. 11/10 stars for spectacular service and a bonus star ⭐️ for filling my heart with a photo and letting me see for the very first time the engraving of his death date. I am getting so disappointed and irritated with the last deliveries i have been receiving. I have had orders that the flowers have not lasted past three days. Last year flowers came that were not what were ordered. Mothers Day this year I had to call as the delivery did not deliver chocolates that were placed with the order. And today which is my birthday the flowers were arranged to be delivered for the 22nd and were delivered Saturday 20th which ruined the surprise. It just seems one thing after another I dread receiving flowers knowing that people have paid quite an amount to have delivered because my family lives abroad its as if florists don't provide the standard that represents...

The staff at Brigham City Floral are so nice and welcoming! We attended a funeral for a family member and decided to stop by and buy a handful of arrangements for all of our other family members who have passed on before us. We weren't intending to spend much and although it was more expensive than something you could get from a grocery store floral shop, it was personal and worth it.
