Would NOT recommend trying to buy furniture at this business. If they don't like you giving them any feedback, then they won't sell furniture to you!!! We didn't ask them for anything from the feedback we sent them and we were not rude. We just wanted them to know what was going on!
We let them know their delivery truck is leaking oil and it made a large mess on our driveway and we even sent them a photo of how it looked after we tried to clean it up. It's about 22 inches square and still looks bad. Plus, they should know it's leaking for safety reasons. We asked them not to park in the driveway again and when they returned, they parked in the driveway and we asked them to move their truck. Needless to say, it dripped more oil in a new place on our driveway! The delivery team claims it's only a couple of drops the size of quarters - really???
We needed to change our furniture order and when the delivery team picked up the loveseat we were not keeping, they hit my grandfather clock with the loveseat and it moved it about 6 inches across the floor and made a dent in the side of the clock. We had told them to be careful by it the first time they were there and then again when they were taking the loveseat out to their truck. Our clock is a prized possession and was perfect before this happened! We also sent them a photo of the dent. The store agent told us that it was an old dent and their delivery team didn't do it - really???
The store agent told us they are cancelling our order for the furniture and sending us a refund and they won't sell us the furniture. We are really shocked by the store's behavior. Wow - what awful customer service! No person or business is perfect and we all get feedback through the years and we should use it to make ourselves and our businesses better. Read moreI bought and paid in full table and chair set from this company, right before Thanksgiving Day 2001. I waited and waited for this to come from California. I would call and they would say, it will be here in a month it will be here in a month. It never happened. I waited until around the first part of March, 2002 to tell them I wanted my money back. Instead of being kind and fair to me about this because of the time I waited to get my order. They charged me $200 restocking fee! A restocking fee for something they never even had in the store! I can understand if it had been something that they had in stock and had to restock, but no, they never even had it in the store nor was it coming. They just told me it was so they charged me $200 restocking fee and would not back out of it. This is about as crooked of a company as I have ever seen. Hope you are happy with my $200. Read moreIf I could give it zero stars I would. I walked in, and no one was there to help me. I wandered around for a while until I found a desk area, asked for help, got referred to the office manager who apparently is brand new. He literally told me he was too busy to talk and told me to get lost. I never write google reviews, but I really feel like people should be warned that they will be treated like trash if they go to this place. At very least, do whatever you can to avoid this new office manager (although there may not be anyone else to talk to, as in my case). Luckily, I doubt someone so rude and unprofessional will last long if the ownership has any sense of good business. Maybe I'll give them a chance and try to purchase my furniture from them when I hear that manager has been fired (which shouldn't take long).
