Floribertos Mexican Food — Restaurant in Brigham City

Price inconsistency. I understand prices have increased but I have never gotten the menu price of $8.50 for a chimi in over 10yrs!

I often get a chimichanga and sometimes get it in a combo. (1) food portions are smaller in Brigham than other Betos. (2) The menu price is 50% lower than what you are charged at the window. So a $10 menu price will be $15! (3) They charge about $3 more for a single item than the same item in a combo which includes main item, beans, rice, and a drink. (4) if you order a combo it is supposed to come with a drink included but you only get the drink if you ask for the drink at the window otherwise they will not give it to you, ever! (5) I'm always amazed that daily the price is always a few cents different.

Specifically, at 9:50pm on July 28, 2022 The menu showed a Chimi only for $8.50 and Chimi combo showed $11.10, however, at the window, as always, she told me about $3 more for the burrito so I asked as always, "why is the combo cheaper?" She said, as always, "yes, a combo is cheaper! That's just how it is!"

To top it off, she gave me the wrong order which I found out at home after they were closed! It was super spicy hot and I did not like the taste! No...

Love this place! Relatively inexpensive and portions are large. I’ve never had a poor experience here! It’s not a knock you off your feet amazing but, awesome for the college student that wants a burrito or even a friend gathering. Keep it up Floribertos

I want to keep them high had a rather disappointing experience where my wife ordered a Brigham-city burrito and was given a breakfast bacon burrito, no big deal right. Well I tried to get them to switch it out for me and the employees gave me a pretty big hassle about changing. They finally did but it should be noted. Hope management reaches out to the employees...
