I just dropped by, at I want to say 7:15 p.m. on the 14th of may. I dropped through the drive-thru to make an order and instead of taking my order he took half of it and then started talking to a customer at the window. Instead of having me wait a second or more preferably her wait a second while he takes my order, he stops taking my order and then took the ladies money and then as I sat there waiting in silence after she drove away I just drove off because I'm not going to sit there and wait and be treated like trash. I then tried to call and have a decent conversation where I explained my issue, all he wanted to do was argue with me. At the end of the day, the way that he chose to behave was extremely disrespectful and the whole time I'm just trying to communicate and the 2 minutes that I was there what I wanted and how his behavior was disrespectful. Then instead of accepting that I wanted to have an adult conversation rather than him shouting at me, when I told him that I wasn't going to argue with him all he did was hang up on me. I don't know about any manager or owner of this location, but it says a lot about whoever owns this place and the quality of the staff and frankly the food if acting like this is okay. One of your employees was super quick to complain, huff and puff over misunderstood requests, than shortly after my order had been taken complained of the time as I write this it's 935pm on Feb 2nd. 935pm.... your store closes at 10pm from what Google shows. your employee willam b. Read moreThis Little Caesars is the worst of them all! I ordered online and waited to get a notification, after a half an hour I hadn’t received it so I headed to the store. As I left I received my notification. I get to the store and the code doesn’t work. I wait at the register for nearly TEN minutes! Person after person walk by he register, all of whom are not doing any job duties, none offer to ask what I need. Finally a girl calls me over and asks what I want, I tell her I ordered online but that my code wasn’t working. She walks over to the Pizza Portal, looks inside, comes back and rudely says “your pizza is in ththe box”! I responded with a yes, but my code doesn’t work. She went and got the manager who came, took my pizza out of the Portal, walked over to me and told me it had been too long since the order came in and he couldn’t give it to me! It had been less than 45 minutes since I ordered and 4 minutes and 53 seconds since I had received the notification (I checked after I left)! If this was a one off situation and the awful customer service didn’t happen EVERY time I went there, it wouldn’t be a big deal, but this is an every time experience.
