I am a doordasher and I went in 2 get 2 orders!! The manager Shantel was so rude telling me I needed 2 have my red bag!! But was swearing and she didn't realize she was swearing at me unless she did but didn't care She was mad I wouldn't go get it!! Which I didn't need 2 go get it!! She wouldn't let me have the second order!! I don't work for Burger King I work for Doordash!! I don't need 2 listen 2 her about picking up my orders!! I'm there 2 pick them up!! She don't need 2 tell me what 2 do!! I left contacted corporate!! This happened Monday October 4!! Once again I was signed 2 another order on Wednesday October 6!! I went in with a smile hoping she was there!! Well she ended up being there!! She was rude again told me did I not tell u 2 not come in my store!! I said no u didn't!! Well I called Doordash and told them!! I said no u didn't or they wouldn't have sent me!! Well I talked 2 my boss and she said for me 2 not have u in here again!! She is saying this with a attitude and yelling at me in front of customers!! I don't appreciate being treated the way she treated me!! I have talked 2 other doordashers and they all have said she is very rude 2 them also!! She was even rude 2 other customers when I was there not doing doordashing!! Read moreA couple of things. First off, the menu has no pricing. Why? This had better not be the start of some dumb trend, businesses not being open about their pricing. Next up, is we don’t get receipts. So now we not only have no pricing, we have no accountability on pricing. I think I may have received the wrong sandwich- but I can’t prove anything because I have no receipt. I don’t know if I was charged more. I have no clue. All I have is a total.
In addition, I don’t want to hear the kitchen staff. They were so loud, swearing, it was bad. I heard a wild story though. I’d share it here, but it’s pretty inappropriate.
Super, super greedy Burger King. Shame on the local franchisee. You really need to think this through, and if this is forced upon you by your home office, you need to say something and give some pushback with your franchisee buddies. It’s going to do the opposite of what you are intending (slowly padding the bottom line) by reduces sales from (rightfully so) upset people like me. I might be right, I might be wrong. But I was bothered.
No pricing? Are you kidding me? There’s like 45 individual pricing options with sizing and stuff. And only three combos have a price. That’s it.

Read moreThey disrespected my brother on his visit from out of state. He's in the Air Force. Literally the worst management and staffing I've ever seen. We waited significantly more time than necessary for our order size. The drive thru experience was awful. The guy spaced out mid order and ignored us for 2 minutes straight at one point. He never said please, thank you, acknowledged our orders, etc. It was simply the employee saying "what else" over and over. They seemed happy to tell us you only get 1 sauce packet per 8 nuggets, then "forgot" to even put them in the bag in the end. Just cheap and spiteful. Half of what we wanted to order was "unavailable". The manager was a wreck and herded us out of the dining area like sheep. The two staff members on shift looked very angry. They were hesitant to give us a receipt and I watched as they had to dig through dozens from previous customers to find ours. I can't imagine it's legal to intentionally hide receipts from your customers and is very telling of their operation. Avoid this place like the plague. Save your dollars. Go to any place else.
