Today was not the first day that I’ve needed the AutoZone in Brigham city Utah. I utilize them in many other situations where I’ve been having consistent problems with my vehicle and they would help me out with little things like testing my battery or helping me put on windshield wipers, but today was much better, not that the other days were bad but this one they went above and beyond. Today I rubbed down on the side of the road about a mile and a half from the store. I knew I always have problems with my battery or my alternator but I knew my battery was 100% dead. I called the store and Terry answered and I asked if there was any way possible for him to come over and take a look at my situation And possibly help me take the battery out. Run me back to buy a new one and bring it back with me. Without any questions whatsoever, Terry said yes. In that I was on my way to work and dressed for work and nice business casual attire Terry did it all himself with very little help from me. Read moreWe were having car trouble, lost power to entire vehicle barely making it into stall at AutoZone and car completely dies and won’t start again. I went in and explained my situation and practically had to beg to get them to come out and test battery. He was sure it was not the battery or anything else other than the car’s computer! Lucky for us, a nice guy in a big truck was parked next to us and he kind of took over. Tested battery and alternator and eventually gave us a jumpstart which lasted through the canyon at night and through a storm. I am not very happy with the service we received from the store. Not sure if we are just spoiled in Logan? Because when we visit AutoZone, the employees always are helpful and knowledgeable and you don’t have to rely on another customer to get answers or service, or have to worry about the employees trying to talk you out of getting things tested. Read moreCalled to check for tie rod ends and was told they had them in stock. their computer showed they had 2 which was awesome considering that I needed 2. When I got to the store they only had 1 but the employee said he could have the other one in the store around 1130. 2 hours later I hadn't heard anything from them so I called and they told me that the warehouse just pulled it off the shelf and it wouldn't be available for pickup until after 330.
