UPS STORE IN GRAND RIVER CROSSINGS Brighton Michigan on Grand River I am very happy that I get the chance to write about my experience. First of all it did not start off well. I didn't understand PayPal not that that's their job to help me. The manager was rude, the store was not busy. And he could care less what I was trying to ask him. The young man that helped me at the cash register was kind. Not helpful but certainly not rude. Then I found a life line Ashley, saw I was having difficulties. She kindly came over and asked what she could do to help she kind of pulled me aside so I wouldn't have to explain in front of everyone, because I already tried that. Ashley took the time and patience to help me she has excellent customer service skills!!! hope UPS knows how valuable she is!!! If anyone elderly person went in there and didn't understand how things work. If the customer had a question how dare them. Cuz there is only one person going to help. This strip mall has fantastic parking for all the tenants. There is also a good variety of tenants spanning the suites. It’s also well lit at night near the grocery store lot, and during the winter there is plenty of space for the snow. This shopping area has bushes which is a very nice grocery store with very friendly people. There's also a great place in here Mancini's to get grinders. The only business in here that we don't care for is the juice bar next to Mancini's. On our first and will be only visit to the juice bar we paid $8 each for what tasted like Kool-Aid...
