i brought my PC into this place and because i updated bios it started a reboot loop. they told me i must have fried my processor or GPU as i knew it was not true because it attempted to display as well as they bent a pin on the motherboard while inspecting it. then trying to get me to let them work on it more i did not and just gave them there 50 dollars the next day i took it to another store and got it fixed for only 40 that same day computer world was 100 percent dead wrong on what the problem was DO NOT take you're PC here or they will do everything they can to make money from you it waisted 2 days sitting there for them to look at it for 20 mins and not even put it back together right (heat sink was blowing hot air on my GPU} honestly i felt like i knew more than the employee on the phone as well as front desk. at the end of the day they can be rude and try to make mean remarks to every review on here like they do but when i get told i was the one who bent it by you guys the person who looked at it then i get told you did not look at that part? it was the CPU motherboard pins literally impossible to spot unless it had been taken apart. i would say my bad about the heat sink blowing air in the wrong spot witch is an easy mistake, so again why so rude about it? i had paid a computer store to put it together then that same person who put it together told me it was faced the wrong way that he DID NOT put it on that way and i haven't touched it sense i got it. honestly if you have read any other review on here they just talk trash like disrespectful children to everyone who gives them a review, just DO NOT GO HERE it will save you time and money. i think the worse part is they lie so much to cover up there mistakes "guess that really hurts coming from a female " are you implying woman are not as smart as men? just unbelievably disrespectful. how is it unrealistic your better with computers then me you work at a computer store or are you just an assistant? the fact that you had almost no part in this and are either getting told lies about what happened or are just doing it yourself is crazy i think mabie the person who looked at it should respond to a review not there assistant who probably did not even look at it as it would be impossible for you to no what...

However, 69 days later (passed the 2 month warranty) something went again, so I took it back to see if it could be fixed. Without hesitation they offered to cover what they believed to be a warrantied part. Well, as it turned out, it was another issue that they would still cover under the warranty, but they had to order more parts. Unfortunately, this was about the time USPS was not delivering parcels and he needed parts from CA. As we waited, we communicated every other week to ensure where they parts were and that they'd fix the problem asap. Once everything arrived Scott went to work and despite the age of my computer and decrepit state it was in, he went above and beyond what was necessary so that it met his standard of excellence. I was not even asked to pay for the additional parts or labor needed to get my computer up and running again. Read moreI have been going here for years, but since I had it in there a couple weeks ago to get cleaned up, it won't stay running. The cooling fan hasn't worked since I got it back. I called to see what they did when they had it, thinking maybe it was just unplugged. The guy I talked to got extremely defensive! I just wanted to get it fixed. With the attitude he had with me, I'll never go back again! They need some People skills! UPDATE: I asked you fair and square if there was anything you guys could have done or if you noticed it. I would have had YOU repair it, but that's like returning a bad meal and having it spit on. I don't return meals either. I just don't go back. He says I slam people when I don't get my way.
