Marshalls — Local services in Brimfield Township

My favorite place to shop because the inventory is always changing. Even when I visit once every two weeks, there's so many new items in each department. Great clothing selection that always has plenty in my size. Interesting foods and snacks. A home section to die for. I spend the most money in that department because they always have the newest latest trends and items to make my busy life easier. Found the perfect shade of sea glass in several coordinating items I needed to fully decorate a half bath and didn't spend what I thought I would doing it. This is a great place to shop for a gift that you're sure won't be duplicated. The store is well organized, tidy, and clean making it a pleasure to spend time in whether it's a quick stop or an hour-long spree. Customer service associates are consistenly friendly and helpful. I'm so frustrated I heard it was the perfect place to go school shopping for my 15 yr old son. However there was little to chose from. No variety and definitely not enough of anything throughout the building. Sadlu all departments were filled with stuff that was practically useless and with the shoes, shorts, shirts, socks, and even underwear -non existent- I had asked 3 different associates when is the best time to come for new arrivals after a truck delivery and all 3 said everyday is a good day I attempted to shop 4 times over the last 30 days on different days and times and each time I went I was definitely disappointed this store should...

It is so crazy how different a store like Marshalls can be depending on the city it happens to be in. I don't like giving negative reviews but it is one of those places where the people who work there forget the place they work for is literally trying to sell things to customers...so while it is important to fix that display.... you probably shouldn't bother the lady looking at the products on that shelf....because that display can always be corrected later.

I mean more than likely it is easier to 'work' than to talk to people but something about handing my money to someone who is talking to somebody else behind the counter always...
