Panda Express — Restaurant in Brimfield Township

Ordered here today and Sarah W at the drive thru window was one of the RUDEST, unintelligent, arrogant employees I have ever come across. I frequent this location because it is close to my residence. I was just here 2 days prior and completed the survey which allowed me a free entree with the purchase of a plate. Sarah scanned my card before my coupon. Upon asking if she was still able to acknowledge my coupon she stated “Oh no sorry i can’t now”. I said oh ok well can you just return one of my plates since i bought 2 & just ring it up again so that i am able to use my reward. She stated “No Panda Express has a no refund or return policy at all”. I then asked where i could find this policy. She stated “Oh that’s just Panda Express policy”. I said whatever & drove away. Of course when i looked it up that was the furthest thing from the truth which told me she just made that up on the spot because she didn’t want to do the extra work. Won’t be back to...

I wrote a review giving this location 5 stars 3 years ago. My husband and I LOVED Panda Express up until the last couple of months. We go a couple times a month and our favorite is the Orange Chicken. The last couple times we have went, the Orange Chicken tasted sour or like it had too much vinegar or soy sauce. I cant put my finger on it. The first time I thought it was a fluke, that they made something wrong. Last night we went again and it had the same flavor. I did not like it at all. So, I went to Reddit and found out that instead of making their sauce in house, in order to save money/time and have more consistency, they are now sending in the sauce in 5 gallon buckets premade. I am so disappointed because this was one of my favorite meals and now it tastes so bad. I dont think I can go back anymore due to this....

Normally, my boyfriend and I are happy with the food here. Today, the food looked dry but gave it the benefit of doubt and tried it anyways since we were both craving it. The employee gave us mostly cabbage with the noodles, barely any noodles. The fried rice was incredibly dry. The rest of our food was just ok, not as good as it normally is. At checkout, I asked for 2 of all the sauces, once we got home, I received 1 of only a couple of them, and 1 fortune cookie even though there were clearly two of us standing there. Next time, we are going to take the extra drive to the Canton/North Canton one. Maybe everyone there was just having one...
