Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Brimfield Township

Against my better judgement, because I usually get my cakes ,and, I have purchased many many cakes from DQ,at the Fish Creek location,but, because I was at Brimfield Walmart I decided to get my Halloween cake from you in the Brimfield Plaza. Huge mistake I'll never make again. Upon ordering this cake I told the young girls working the counter,whom by the way were very sweet,that the picture I wanted on it 8x10 needed to be big enough to cover the cake top.It came nowhere near. If they would've told me it wasn't possible, I'd have gotten half sheet instead of full sheet cake. Secondly, I asked that hollween colors be used and fill in with candies. Black and orange icing was used, I know that because it was smeared all over the box and lid and laying in blobs throughout cake. The cake had no slip tape or anything between so it was slideing all over that carton.Not a candy anywhere to be found on this cake! The picture collage I took an hour to create for on top wasn't even flush with the cake,you could see the rim of the picture all the way around the cake,some of the edge was even stickn up. I had to buy candy spinkles to go on top to cover up the egdes of the photo. I work hard for my money, I wanted something special for my kids for Halloween and didn't mind paying $35 for an ice cream cake. But not that cake. I told the girl I didn't like it,she didn't even look up at me. I regret taking it, I should've just left it. ...

Another Update: Gave them one more chance, never again! What in the heck posses this company to cut a drink carrier in half and serve your drinks in it.....I'm speechless. My boyfriend almost dropped our drinks. It would have been better if they didn't give him a carrier at all!

Update: After today I will no longer go to this location. My last two visits my orders were wrong due to the employees not being able to read I guess. Ordered chicken strips with sauce on them and they have given me plain strips each time. My receipts had the correct order but I guess the employees beyond the register are incapable of reading.

A decent Dairy Queen, the only one near by since the location in Mogadore closed down last year. I've had mixed experiences here, mostly good with some bad (ex: cold food, missing items, long waiting) No matter where you go you'll have the occasional bad experience though. Always messes something up about my order. Legit forgot to give me a whole meal I ordered one time; luckily I caught it right away. Also forgets to give drinks with meals. It’s not worth going through the drive thru because I always have to go in to fix my order. It’s inconvenient to stop here on my way home from work; I just want to go home and enjoy my food but always have to take the extra time to correct the employees here. It is no longer an option of mine on my way home unless I have the extra time to spare. Not being given the extras that you pay for is beyond...
