I was told that my new stove was a scratch and dent. When I asked to see where the scratch was it was wrapped and I was told that it was probably on the side. That didn't matter to me. However, It turns out that both of the rear legs were snapped off! The instructions clearly say that a gas stove needs to be level in order be safe. I am truly upset. I was told they would order the parts for me and I would pay for them. That was almost 3 weeks ago. I am still without the oven. There is a safety issue and I believe this is deceptive practices.
