Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bristol

Today was not a good day for tacos!! I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but they always seem to get something wrong!!! My tacos were supposed to be three crunchy tacos supreme, however they weare all mushy and sticking to the paper!! As in the bottom of the tacos were soft and mushy!!! My sister usually orders the vegetarian rice and bean burrito with no cheese and no chipotle sauce, they got that part right but they forgot the rice!!?? And my cinnamon twists I literally got not even a half a bag I really try to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I am so done with them!! It's like you look into the drive-thru and the girl at the window has an attitude, and two or three girls were standing around and just talkin!! I won't be spending my money there no more! Since the start of this year this location has been getting steadily worse. For a while they were ignoring alterations to food orders all together, making me have to return to get the food fixed. Then the Online Craving Box was removed from the menu on April first. It has come back a few times, and is currently back, but now service is insanely slow and they've increased their up charge on altering items. Just yesterday evening, I pulled up to the drive through with 6 cars ahead of me. I got there around 6:10, it took until 6:35 to get my food.

This location needs to figure out what they're doing. Of prices are going to keep increasing, maybe you should offer more money to hire...

Just want to voice my opinion on how unprofessional your current night staff is. My husband went and ordered for our family of 5 people and the people running the restaurant had the audacity to LAUGH right in my husbands face at how large the order was and how much it cost. It is simply not OUR fault that the prices are the way they are and you cannot feed your family for $40 anymore. I am a restaurant manager and I would NEVER talk about or especially laugh in a customers face about their order size. Completely rude and very unprofessional! Get better nicer help because the staff you have right now ISNT IT.
