This store seemed great during my first visit. The young lady working was very helpful and sold me my first vape device. I stayed loyal to this store only buying my vape products from them, mostly because of my first positive experience and because of their loyalty card. However less than 3 months after buying a device, one that was meant to last far longer, broke and I bought another from them. Less then 24 hours later the device quit working, it had been defective. When I went back in, the day right after I bought it I was told that they never give refunds or any exchanges or discounts whether your their best customer or a first timer. They don't stand behind the products that they sell and were especially unpleasant about it. It seemed like each time I went in to buy ejuice to fill my device the customer service got worse. To the point that they seemed annoyed to have a customer walk in the store. One of the times I went in there the store reeked of Marijuana... Obviously they sell those types of accessories too but it literally smelled like someone was smoking it in the back. I'm so done with this store, time to find somewhere new. I don't know how a customer can confidently buy any vape device or product from this store knowing it might be defective when you walk out... Its not like you can test it in the store. I would not recommend doing...
Read moreOmg. My 1st time in the store and definitely not my last. Went looking for something at my normal smoke shop as I roll my own cigarettes. How very disappointed I was when I, a regular customer for years now, was simply disregarded. He honestly told me I should try another store. Wow!! But, thank you because I did. I found ct smoke and vape shop right up the road. The store looks great and the owner wasn't going to stop until he found what I was looking for. Once we realized the part I was trying to replace in my daughter's vape came with a replacement piece, he was happy to learn we didn't have to spend any money at that time. Money he could have made off of us for his store because we were completely unaware of the replacement part. Which I might add, the vape was not bought in his store. I see alot of comments complaining about how the line gets long when the store gets busy and I feel like those people are a little bit entitled. A small shop like this is gonna get like that if they experience a rush. If they keep doing well and grow as a business maybe then they can afford to install another register and hire another cashier, but crapping on a small business like that for being busy at times is not cool and doesn't help them...
